Self-Reflection Time: Preparations (Part III)

Is your heart in it to win it? Are you ready? Are you prepared?

The time for great challenge is before you.  Your only task is to be prepared mentally, emotionally and physically.  

AI + F4 => Inability to move forward.  That is to say that arrogance multiplied by ignorance and magnified by fear, frustration, failure to accept, and failure of efforts becomes inability to move forward our human condition.  We must fight through these limitations to realize our God given potential.  We must remember to never save anything for the swim back.

The time for challenging our inadequacies is upon us. We either push through what holds us back or we lay where we stand. It is that simple: either move forward or stand still; there is no going back; there are no do overs.  We either fight through the attacks and disasters around us and onward to resilience and self reliance or we forever regret the time when we could have demonstrated the potential that God lay at our feet.  

In thirty years I learned that I am my own savior; the cavalry wasn’t coming to bail me out of whatever I managed to get myself into.  I am my own cavalry.  And in doing so I learned that deep within every human heart is a wellspring of untapped power and energy that kept me going when all hope left the field long ago and the burdens of life kept the war going. That war within raged tirelessly and relentlessly.  I never gave in because the Creator showed me that there are no problems in life; there are only solutions waiting for me to discover; and, that discovery was limited only by my willingness to get out and face what life presented to me daily.  When perseverance became my habit, opportunities became my reality, and solutions became my results.

Only you and God the Creator know whether you gave it your all each and every day.  Only you know whether what you present daily is your absolute best effort.  

So as we face the reality of our world, I wonder if those who went before us would be proud to see and say they were associated with what we’ve become and what we choose to believe and pursue for ourselves. We only have the example we demonstrate daily to fall back upon. There only exists the here and now.  Those that went before us knowingly sacrificed so that we may have this opportunity to live in freedom every day.

And, when you face your enemies and your opposition, tell them “I AM SENT ME” and the word of God the Creator will be your shield.  Then get to the business at hand, which is to overcome the obstacles that lay at your feet.  You are here to build a world worthy of the talents and gifts that God has given you to use justly for you and those around you. For it was God who gave us this opportunity called life to make something better of ourselves for ourselves and our family as well as those around us. 

Words mean little when action is required. Preparations are our daily chore and choice.

It is time to roll up the shirt sleeves and get on with what positive business God has tasked us in this life to finish.  It’s time to create the world we were meant to generate for those who would follow our thoughts, words and deeds.  Because, the world we envision starts in the mind and ends there as well, which is why the Evil ones always intentionally seek the products of our mind and its supporting structures.  I hope my words have helped you to see what you are capable of doing and becoming and I wish you well in your daily efforts to “prepare before you get there” and to realize your true worth and potential.
