David Paulides (former police detective, Missing 411 series) documents clusters of high-strangeness disappearances overlapping with military activity in national forests.
In Missing 411: The Hoopa Project and subsequent volumes, Paulides records cases where witnesses describe “men in advanced black gear with lights that don’t look right” operating in zones immediately after anomalous large-biped sightings. One repeated detail. Teams carrying weapons that emit no audible report but produce visible atmospheric distortion consistent with directed-energy systems unavailable in standard inventories at the time of the reports.
These units operate under a future iteration of a joint task force evolved from current black programs (continuity from programs interfacing with Dulce-level facilities and Antarctic extensions).
