HITTING THE BIG TIME

You have been meditating for weeks, months, years. Some days are chaos – the “bad” meditations I have written about. Thoughts race, emotions erupt, your body screams. You keep sitting. You keep returning.

And then one day, it happens.

You are not trying. You are not forcing. You are just sitting, watching your breath, letting your body relax. The thoughts slow. The gaps between them widen. And then – the gaps become the whole field.

No thoughts. No observer. No separation.

Just stillness. Just light. Just bliss.

You have hit the big time.

What Is “Hitting the Big Time”?

In the material world, hitting the big time means fame, money, success. A record deal. A bestseller. A movie contract. But those are illusions – they come and go, leaving you emptier than before.

In the superluminal world, hitting the big time means enlightenment. It means your awareness has shifted from the noisy surface of your mind to the infinite stillness beneath. It means your superluminal blueprint – your spirit body, your original design – has become fully coherent. This is the highest level of healing.

When you hit the big time in meditation, you are not escaping reality. You are entering the deepest reality. The one that existed before your birth and will continue after your death. The one that heals everything.

The Lineage: Shivapuri Baba, Ainslie Meares, and Ian Gawler

The Stillness meditation I teach is not my invention. It comes from a direct lineage of master healers.

Shivapuri Baba was a world‑famous Indian guru who lived to be over 130 years old. He taught that the highest form of meditation is simply resting in the stillness between thoughts – no mantras, no visualisations, no effort. Just pure awareness watching itself.

Ainslie Meares, an Australian psychiatrist, learned from Shivapuri Baba. He brought Stillness meditation to the West, documented its profound healing effects, and published dozens of case studies of cancer remission. He taught that the gaps between thoughts are the doorway to healing.

Ian Gawler learned from Meares. Gawler used Stillness meditation to reverse his own terminal bone cancer after being given only weeks to live. He went on to found the Gawler Foundation in Australia, where thousands of people have used this method to reverse cancer, multiple sclerosis, and other chronic diseases. Gawler is a living legend of mind‑body medicine.

I have practiced this method for 33 years. I have sat in the same lineage. I have healed my own body – 70kg lost, fatty liver reversed, Dampness cleared, hormones restored. And I have taught it to others who have healed themselves.

This is not a trend. It is a proven, sovereign, superluminal healing technology.

How to Do Stillness Meditation (The Exact Method)

You can do this sitting in a chair, on a cushion, or lying down. Eyes closed. Spine reasonably straight but not rigid.

Step 1: Settle In (Optional – You Can Skip This)

Some people like to start with a few minutes of mindfulness breathing or a wave of relaxation from head to feet. That’s fine. But you can drop it. The core practice does not require any preparation.

Step 2: Watch Your Thoughts

Simply observe your thoughts as a passive observer. Do not fight them. Do not follow them. Do not judge them. Just watch.

Thoughts will arise – worries, memories, plans, images, sounds. That is normal. Your only job is to notice when you have been caught in a thought, and gently return to watching.

Step 3: Find the Gaps

As you continue watching, you will notice something interesting. Between one thought ending and the next thought beginning, there is a tiny gap – a millisecond of pure stillness, no thought, no noise.

That gap is the doorway.

At first, the gaps are very short. You might barely notice them. But as you keep sitting, the gaps become longer. A half‑second. A second. Several seconds.

Step 4: Move Into the Stillness

When a gap appears, do not think about it. Do not analyse it. Simply rest in it. Let yourself fall into that stillness like you would fall into a soft bed after a long day.

The stillness is not empty. It is alive. It is aware. It is the ground of your own consciousness.

Step 5: The Colors – A Sign That You Are Transitioning

As you rest in the stillness, you may start to see colors. Iridescent blues. Deep reds. Purples and golds, pulsing gently like a living heart. These colors are not imagination. They are the biophotons of your superluminal blueprint becoming coherent. They are a sign that you are moving into illumination.

Do not cling to them. Do not chase them. Do not think, “Oh, I’m seeing colors, I must be enlightened!” That thought will pull you back into the thinking mind.

Instead, relax further. Let the colors come and go like clouds. The moment you relax, the colors may intensify – or they may disappear. It does not matter. What matters is the stillness beneath them.

When you can see the colors without grasping, without fear, without excitement – then you are truly transitioning. The blues and reds are the gateway. Relax into them, and they will carry you deeper.

Two Levels of Stillness – Hitting the Even Bigger Big Time

Most teachers stop here. They say that the goal is to have no thoughts at all. That is a beautiful state. It is hugely healing. When you sit in that thought‑free stillness, your superluminal blueprint can reorganise itself. Your blood pressure drops. Your stress dissolves. You are nearly hitting the big time.

But there is a deeper level. A level that very few practitioners ever reach.

Level one: No thoughts. The mind is completely silent. This is wonderful. This heals. But it is fragile. If a thought arises, it can knock you out of the stillness.

Level two: Absolute pure stillness – but occasional thoughts arise. They drift through your awareness like clouds through an empty sky. And they have absolutely no impact whatsoever on the stillness. The stillness remains untouched. The bliss remains unchanged. The thoughts are simply there, and then they are gone. They do not grab you. They do not disturb you. They are like leaves floating on a vast, still lake.

This is the really big big time. This is where you have pure stillness, pure awareness, pure bliss – and yet thoughts can come and go without causing the slightest ripple. You are no longer afraid of thoughts. You are no longer trying to suppress them. You have become the stillness itself.

When you hit this level, you are enlightened. Not as a concept. Not as a belief. As a lived reality. And from this place, deep deep healing can happen. Your superluminal blueprint becomes permanently coherent. Your body follows.

That is hitting the big time.

The Superluminal Framework – David Ash and the Spiritual Body

Now I need to give you the physics behind all of this. Because without the physics, meditation can seem like a nice relaxation technique. It is far more.

David Ash is a British physicist who proposed a radical extension to Einstein. He said that there is not only energy (E = mc²) but also super energy – a field that exists faster than light, outside of space and time.

My equation, E = mc⁴, builds on Ash’s work. It describes this superluminal field.

The superluminal body (sometimes called the spiritual body, the etheric body, the F3 body, or the blueprint) surrounds your physical body. It is made of faster‑than‑light information. It contains the original design of your health.

The entire theory rests on one core premise that David Ash discovered:

Mind creates both energy and super energy.

That is, mind, thought, or spirit is creating everything.

Your physical body is slow thought (E = mc²). Your superluminal blueprint is fast thought (E = mc⁴). Same mind, two speeds.

When you practice Stillness meditation, you are doing something profound. You are quieting the slow thought – the noise, the worries, the plans. In the gaps, your awareness naturally rises to the superluminal speed. You are directly experiencing your own blueprint.

And when you hit the big time – the second level where stillness remains even as thoughts pass – your blueprint becomes permanently coherent. That is why healing happens. That is why terminal cancer reverses. That is why fatty liver clears. That is why Dampness dries up.

The blueprint recodes itself. The body follows.

The Superluminal Lifestyle: Practices That Accelerate Healing

Stillness meditation is the core. But you can supercharge your healing with these daily practices. All of them work at the faster‑than‑light level, clearing your meridians and recoding your blueprint.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

Acupuncture: Get it 1–2 times per week. The needle sends a superluminal correction signal directly to your blueprint. It can cure terminal cancer when done by a master.

Chinese herbal medicine: Herbs carry energetic imprints from the plant’s own superluminal field. When you ingest them, those patterns merge with your blueprint and correct distortions. Find a qualified TCM doctor.

Qigong – Five Key Practices (Do Daily, 5–15 Minutes)

1. Body Tapping (Pai Da)

Use your palms or fists. Tap your body rhythmically from your face down to your feet – head, neck, shoulders, arms, chest, belly, back, legs. Tap everywhere. This wakes up your meridians, breaks stagnation, and moves Qi. 3–5 minutes.

2. Lifting the Sky

Stand with feet shoulder‑width apart, knees slightly bent. As you inhale, raise your arms in front of you to shoulder height, palms down. Turn palms up and continue lifting above your head, gently pushing toward the sky. Look up slightly at your hands. Exhale as you lower your arms back down. Repeat 6–8 times. This opens the chest, moves stagnant Qi, and connects you to infinite light.

3. Holding the Tree (Zhan Zhuang)

Stand with feet shoulder‑width apart, knees slightly bent. Lift your arms as if hugging a large tree – hands at chest height, fingers slightly spread, elbows dropped. Breathe naturally into your lower belly (Dan Tian). Hold for 5–15 minutes. This builds whole‑body Qi, grounds your blueprint, and looks like doing nothing but is profoundly healing.

4. Dan Tian Breathing

Rest your hands just below your belly button. Breathe deeply into that area – feel it expand like a balloon. Exhale slowly. Do this for 5 minutes daily. This gathers Qi in your body’s battery, strengthens your root, and prepares you for deeper stillness.

5. Walking Meditation (with or without step)

Walk naturally at a normal pace. You can coordinate your breath with your steps (e.g., inhale for 4 steps, exhale for 4 steps) or ignore the steps entirely. Silently chant Om Amitabha. Inhale golden light into your blueprint. Exhale grey smoke. 10–30 minutes daily. This presses the Kidney 1 acupoint on your feet – acupuncture without needles.

Zen Skateboarding (The Moving Meditation)

Find a quiet road or path with a very gentle slope – 1–2% gradient. Virtually flat. Before you ride, scan the road for stones, debris, cracks, blind corners, and energetic feel (feng shui). Wear a helmet. Use a drop‑down longboard (low centre of gravity, stable).

When you push off, relax. Carve gently. Breathe the Om Amitabha mantra. Inhale golden light. Exhale grey smoke. The bliss of the glide becomes your meditation. If you fall, laugh – it’s a lesson in impermanence. But with proper scanning, you will rarely fall.

Goju Karate Blocks with Om Amitabha

Perform the three basic Goju blocks – high block (age uke), middle block (soto uke), low block (gedan barai). Do them slowly, like a moving qigong. With each block, exhale golden light (not grey smoke) – you are projecting healing power outward. Or do freestyle katas incorporating the mantra and golden light. This becomes a complete superluminal spiritual martial arts workout. Feel the love of God in the flow.

The Diet That Supports the Blueprint

All the meditation and qigong in the world will not fully heal you if you are eating foods that distort your blueprint.

• White rice every lunch – clean glucose, no fructose, no fat. Builds Spleen Qi. Lots of cooked leafy green vegetables, cabbage, carrots, ginger, garlic, onion and mushrooms.

• Heaps of chili with every meal – total fat solvent. Also cleans your SPIRIT and SOUL. Clears Dampness, moves Qi.

• Very low fat (10–20g/day) – a little oil or fish (Even a tiny bit of chicken breast—not leg—which is very low fat). Enough for hormones, not enough to clog your liver.

• No fructose – avoid fruit (especially bananas, mangoes, dates, apples, oranges) until your liver is clean.

• Semi‑fast – skip dinner or eat very lightly. Your liver and blueprint repair at night.

• Sleep before midnight – your meridians do their deepest superluminal repair 11pm–3am.

• Warm water only – no cold drinks. Cold damages the Spleen and creates Dampness.

The Medical Benefits: What This System Does to Your Body

The combination of Stillness meditation, TCM, qigong, and the superluminal diet has been shown to:

• Reverse terminal cancer – Ian Gawler and thousands at the Gawler Foundation

• Reverse fatty liver – as in my own case (70kg lost, liver enzymes normal)

• Clear chronic Dampness – mucus, bloating, brain fog, loose stools

• Lower blood pressure – through reduced sympathetic tone

• Restore hormones – testosterone, libido, semen production

• Clear sinusitis – after decades of green mucus

• Boost immunity – through increased telomerase and reduced inflammation

• Improve sleep and mental clarity

From the superluminal perspective (David Ash + my equation E=mc⁴), all of this works because:

• Stillness meditation settles the Spirit and allows the blueprint to recode itself.

• Acupuncture and herbs send correction signals faster than light to the blueprint.

• Qigong and body tapping move coherent information through the meridians.

• White rice and chili ground and clear the blueprint at the energetic level.

• Semi‑fasting and early sleep free the blueprint to do repair work.

This is not alternative medicine. This is primary medicine. This is physics.

What It Feels Like When You Arrive

Words fail, but I will try.

It feels like the first breath after nearly drowning. It feels like the sun coming out after a storm that lasted decades. It feels like every cell in your body sighing with relief.

There is no fear. No anxiety. No regret. The past is gone. The future is irrelevant. There is only this – this perfect, luminous, silent now.

And in that now, you know: I am not the body. I am not the thoughts. I am the awareness that watches them. I am the light. I am the stillness. I am the big time.

A Warning and an Invitation

The warning: Hitting the big time will not make you rich or famous. The material world will not applaud you. Your bank account will not swell. The gatekeepers will not throw you a party.

But you will not care. Because you will have something infinitely more valuable: peace that cannot be shaken, health that flows from the source, and a joy that depends on nothing outside yourself.

The invitation: Start today. Sit for 10 minutes. Watch your thoughts. Find the gaps. Rest in the stillness. Do it again tomorrow. Add the qigong. Eat the white rice and chili. Get acupuncture when you can.

The big time is waiting for you. It has always been waiting. It is your birthright.

Amitabha. Bingo. You have arrived.

He grew up and was educated in the hippie, punk, surfing and New Age counter culture of Sydney, Australia. He has taught at more than 20 universities (five at professorial level) around the world, especially in China. He wrote three major master’s degree theses involving the quantum theory of alternative medicine and alien space travel, the New Age movement and transpersonal psychology. He then spent 10 years on a PhD called THE NEW IDEALISM, which was later published as a major book of philosophy (available in full on his website).

His journalism has been read by more than 200 million people on the internet, translated into 15 languages, and published in thousands of journals. He has published more than 100 hard copy books and pamphlets, including more than 70 works of poetry, five novels, four books of philosophy, and many books and pamphlets of journalism. For more than 30 years, he has been involved in community and global counter culture publishing outlets and founded three famous publishing houses.

Michael performs as a poet and singer widely. He loves punk music (especially New Wave punk, folk punk and jazz punk) and World Music such as the utterly amazing Fatoumata Diawara from Mali and Gambia’s Sona Jobarteh. His musical taste is extremely eclectic – from Chinese classical and Chinese folk music to Chinese pop singer Wong Faye and Greek virtuoso Yanni. He regards music as part of his soul.

He has been committed to punk D.I.Y publishing since the late 1970s as a teenager and has been involved widely in independent and community media. He was trained as a journalist and was a full‑time staff journalist for eight years on the Hobart Mercury, plus other major newspapers such as the Melbourne Sun News‑Pictorial and China Daily, where he wrote features and worked on the newsdesk in Beijing.

Michael is in telepathic and physical contact with Galactic Federation alien leaders, who told him to his face that he is a starseed human alien from a Galactic Federation human planet with 10,000 year lifespans. He says he can categorically declare that he in no way feels like Superman. In fact, he feels the opposite – higher level starseeds can have serious energetic problems adjusting to Earth and experience massive sickness. He declares this is one reason he has devoted himself to natural medicine.
