Civil Asset Forfeiture on Trump?

What if I put out a Demand that We The People put out a Notice of Civil Asset Forfeiture on Trump personally if he does not comply soon with NESARA and all the other things for the USA Republic.

Does Trump himself need to prove to We The People for things in the USA, INC. to then accomplish our USA Republic before our USA Republic is even known about by many people and the EBS comes out?

Some people are mentioning our RV, NESARA and R&R allowance payouts should be coming about by 9 June, 2024 while others state in July, August, September and even some for even not till 2025, but it has to be soon, yet we have not even had the EBS as of yet to know what is happening.

Even if the EBS Blackout began today, Tues, 4 June, it would not end till Fri. 14 June and the banks would not open for another 3 more days on Mon. 17 June. That is about 13 days without banking. If the first Presidential Debate is to be on Thurs. 27 June then the EBS must start before midnight EDT, Sun. 16 June.

One other item is people are bringing up about, why do we need the 14% sales tax to replace the Unconstitutional IRS Income Tax when before then we had the Tariffs with smaller amounts of people in all levels of governments?

If BC/CoLB bonds were set up for everyone since at least 1938 and many of those people have died, 2024 – 1938 = 86 years, then we have maybe 200 Million people born or alive then which their BC/CoLB bonds could pay for our present needs in government where it is not going to anyone and is just sitting in the USA Republic Treasury wasted. NESARA payouts of $13,200,000 lifetime for 200 Million people is $2.64 Quadrillion not going out to anyone.

Many people have passed away since NESARA was to be publicly announced on 11 Sept. 2001, coming up on 23 years and those even born then now deserve those BC/CoLB bond funds.

I have mentioned it before on several postings of Civil Asset Forfeiture, but I’m mentioning it here again to put the pressure on Trump, and this is not a threat but a Demand from We The People that he gets things done ASAP so no more people suffer.

According to the 5th Amendment, the takings clause, the government cannot take anything from us for any reason; “nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.” But I guess they can get away with that as the USA, INC. is a private company since at least 1871 and the 5th Amendment states ‘for public use’ yet theirs is for their own ‘private use.’

Why doesn’t anyone fight it on this issue to bring out what ‘The Farmer Claims Program’ did in finding loophole errors in the government entities and Trump is in the smack dab of all this now.

If I am a living being with a heart beat then I am Sovereign and not a slave and am really worth what I am told per the NESARA Law and the US Constitution, if not more, but if Trump wants to ignore that then the funds and assets he has is not his either, it actually belongs to We The People.

This is where We The People hold the USA, INC. President, USA Republic President, Commander-in-Chief and/or individual civilian Trump accountable and liable for his actions or failure of actions, and he should not have Presidential Immunity to get away from this.

If the US Military now has our funds and assets, like in all the other Civil Asset Forfeiture cases with the cash going to the feds in the end, then CIC Trump is held liable for not correcting our present situation. Very few cases are won by We The People as many were not filed in the proper government jurisdiction.

If I were to make a demand or claim myself it will most likely be rejected as I did not write it up properly or send it to the correct officials, so I still need someone to follow through with this as I don’t have the connections or the lawful skills for a proper approval for this demand/claim as I have tried before.

Let’s say just $1,000 per day since Trump took office, Fri. 20 Jan., 2017, 2,692 days as of today Tues, 4 June, 2024, that comes to $2,692,000 for one people. Then multiply that by possibly 250 Million lawful living adults comes to $673 Trillion already, then add $250 Billion each day for Trump’s failure to act on it. $1.75 Trillion per week, $7.5 Trillion per month and $91.25 Trillion per year.

If anyone states that the funds were to be paid out starting from 11 Sept. 2001 and nothing after that then they are a con artist.

This is only a portion of what we are to receive from the NESARA payouts of $100,000 per month for 11 years coming to $13,200,000. I think my numbers are reasonable as a start and then we have the R&R allowance payouts to add to it.

I am doing this for my siblings as they are in the 60’s and 70’s along with my mother who is in her 90’s. If Trump and the White Hats believe that we all should be working to receive anything from NESARA, SSI and/or our R&R allowance then Trump should be indicted by We The People for ignoring what was already put into LAW and what the US Constitution says.
