I am certain that President Trump, VP JFK, JR, et al have considered The Disadvantaged. For example:
- Those with no computer
- Those unable to use a computer
- Those who refuse to use a computer (includes a lot of smarter people)
- Those who are home-bound
- Those who are destitute and homeless, including those forced to work slave labor fashion, with barely enough time to eat or sleep
- Those with no communication to the “outside world”
- Those otherwise incapacitated (confined to institutions, etc, alone in the world, unaware of the world)
- Those imprisoned
- Those with no bank account
- Orphaned children
- Those unable to comprehend finance basics
