You posted “The problem with hate and the justice paradigm” in which you stated this which i contend is FALSE:

We have plenty of laws on the books already, in all jurisdictions, to deal with these crimes and these criminals.  We don’t have to re-invent any wheels, we just have to apply and enforce the laws we already have.

You are WRONG and I challenge you to re-evaluate or double-down and respond to this post.

There are TWO competing theories of government, Government That Protects Rights and Government That Provides (but just really promises) Wealth. The US has over 60+ years of cultivating and growing GTPW ever since the advent of The Great Society but earlier if you want to count Social Security. GTPW is a cancer because it grows, as those entitled to Other People’s Money always want MORE.

In it Sowell alludes to the great difficulty of enforcing Equity via redistribution because the Government is charged with deciding what is equitable and this imbues it with so much power that this power is uncontrollable.  Our history in America attests to this misuse of power and even if the perpetrators are arrested (Brunson’s SCOTUS case removes 388 corruptocrats) it would be INSANE to have new elections without reforms and expect different results. When government is the arbiter of who gets whose money that struggle completely displaces the dialogue necessary for the conduct of Good Government with a tug of war. This tug of war is deemed righteous by the Socialists et al in the name of Charity, but in fact the lion’s share (multiplied in the extreme) is used to buy votes and reward elites. If you are not aware of this you are living under a rock and deserve to drive off a crumbling bridge. 

GTPW is CLEARLY unConstitutional because there is a provision in the Constitution that FORBIDS taking private property without just compensation. This was pointed out by Brunson in two pages of his book at 7Discoveries.com.

Government That Provides Wealth does this by taking it from other countries or taking it from those of its own citizens who earn it but are not in its political minions. There are a fabulous number of disguises for this redistribution. The more services a government provides, the more Socialism, the more opportunities for rules and regulations to make sure the money distributed is limited, the elites reap the benefits as “cost of doing business”, and benefits are a show that the public is NOT auditing.  GTPW is the same government that exists by a shipload of pirates when their crews sign their Articles, but also the same as the pyramid-scheme of distribution used as far back as primitive tribes in Africa for distributing booty. 

To claim that we need NO changes going forward is a FALSE claim. Socialism must be removed by making it a crime even to advocate much less implement. A politician who avows to provide “Two Chickens In Every Pot” is really advocating government be your tool to get Other People’s Money and it has criminalized government. What we see today should be a clue that when all this started we should have known better — but now that it has HAPPENED, it is evidence of being CLUELESS to contend we now have the laws we already need. The Constitutional provision against Socialism needs a LOT more detail, and consequences with TEETH, so that even the CLUELESS “get it”. To those who are CLUELESS (ignorant) we of course have to add those who are STUPID (which there are MANY more of than you would think according to the Laws Of Human Stupidity discussed here https://qz.com/967554/the-five-universal-laws-of-human-stupidity. GTPW and GTPR CANNOT coexist — they create a House Divided Against Itself That Cannot Stand and must become All One Thing or All The Other. GTPW (Socialism et al) is DYSFUNCTIONAL and DESTROYS any society it invades.

You did write something in your post that was correct that we are NOT born as citizens but need to become same by agreeing to a Social Contract — this implies voting should be limited to those understanding the Idea Of America, who will swear loyalty, who will swear to live (or suffer consequences) by the Constitution, not those with a birthright — that America is an IDEA (Liberty, worth dying for) and not a PLACE (rocks and rills). Also, while we are de-socializing America, we need further reforms such as moving welfare recipients off voting rolls, as they have devolved to dependents, and those on the dole will just vote for more dole in a destructive feedback loop. Government as a Welfare State does NOT work.

I am pretty forceful in my statements about this but I WANT you to feel as if you have had a good ROASTING over this and that you NEVER WRITE THIS AGAIN that we do NOT need reforms.
