Maybe there should be Term Limits for the US Supreme Court Justices when the Republic comes about and have them serve only 12 years as that is what Senators serve for two terms.
There have been none that served less than that since May 14, 1969 when Abe Fortas resigned serving only 3 years, 222 days.
Three have served over 30 years since then including present Clarence Thomas at 31 years, 67 days, 6 have served over 20 years and with John Roberts being the present one next in line with just over 17 years.
My suggestion is that the process to remove them is to have a new one voted in within 6 months and the present one stay on until the cases that are really constitutional they are working on are complete, yet they cannot work on any new ones or they leave and their vote is not included.
Once the Justice resigns and they have a new one then the process for a new Justice begins again, thus Thomas, Roberts, Alito, Sotomayor and Kagan are replaced.
Neil Gorsuch should be on for another 6 years as he has been on the bench not quite yet for 6 years.
This might have to be a Constitutional Amendment and not just a Congressional Law put in place, or just a temporary Executive Order by POTUS Trump till the Amendment is in place.

ALL these present cases may be thrown in the trash as they are based on Admiralty Law and NOT Constitutional Law or Common Law, thus there may be a halt for 6 months for the retraining for ALL judges and lawyers, which attorneys and any BAR members will be removed or they revoke their status and Oath for that.
