“RELEASE THE KRAKEN”

Investigation. Transparency. Justice. Accountability. Trust.

In the context of the November 2026 U.S. midterm elections, “Release the Kraken” can be understood as a metaphor for unleashing the full, lawful investigative and evidentiary power of the American constitutional system to discover, document, expose and adjudicate any coordinated election interference or fraud.

The expression gained political prominence following the disputed 2020 presidential election. It is not a legal term, statutory authority or investigative procedure. Its most legally defensible interpretation is:

Release the evidence
Follow the money
Audit the systems
Identify the actors
Establish jurisdiction
Prove the conduct
Enforce the law
Restore public trust

Five KRAKEN Pillars

1. INVESTIGATION – Follow the evidence wherever it leads.
A comprehensive, legally authorized examination could encompass voter-registration records, ballot accounting, election-management software, tabulation systems, chain-of-custody records, financial transactions, communications and potential foreign involvement.
Relevant authorities could include state election investigators, state attorneys general, the DOJ, FBI, CISA & appropriate congressional oversight bodies, each acting within its lawful jurisdiction

2. TRANSPARENCY – Make the evidence independently verifiable.
Preserve original records, establish documented chains of custody, disclose reproducible methodologies & permit
forensic examination where legally authorized

3. JUSTICE – Apply the law without political favoritism.
Where admissible evidence establishes violations, investigators may pursue applicable federal and state offenses, including election fraud, conspiracy, obstruction, cybercrime or unlawful foreign interference

4. ACCOUNTABILITY – Trace responsibility through the entire chain.
Accountability should extend to anyone whose conduct is proven unlawful, regardless of political party, institutional standing, wealth or position.
That includes potential perpetrators, knowing facilitators and officials who unlawfully obstruct investigations.

5. TRUST – Restore confidence through demonstrated integrity.
Public trust cannot be commanded by government, manufactured through media messaging or established by partisan declarations.

The Math: 19.1 million increase in Democratic votes, approx: 37.2%.

Why do Democrats benefit from a Kraken investigation?

To ensure the American people retain the ability to verify their elections were conducted lawfully and that every eligible vote was counted accurately

Article II and the Twelfth Amendment, federal election statutes, state election laws and constitutional protections establish different authorities and procedures

Relax Dems & Media: No single declaration, executive order or national-emergency designation automatically authorizes unrestricted election investigations, seizures or prosecutions

@DNC & @DemSocialists SCREAM “No one is above the law.” Right?

The most consequential lawful outcome will be an evidentiary record capable of surviving independent examination & judicial scrutiny

KUWL TRUTH TEST
“Release the Kraken” should mean releasing the full force of lawful truth-seeking – not presuming guilt of those under investigation

This standard is timeless:

• No immunity from investigation because of power
• No presumption of guilt because of political affiliation
• No suppression of material evidence to protect institutions
• No punishment without due process
• No public confidence without verifiable truth

As Proverbs 11:1 teaches, dishonest scales are an abomination.

The KRAKEN is not a person, political party, military operation or secret weapon. It is the lawful exposure of truth through evidence so compelling, procedures so transparent and accountability so impartial that deception cannot survive examination.

That is how investigation becomes justice, justice produces accountability & accountability earns trust
