My Speculation :
The Earth is a slave planet, likely always has been.
I doubt there is really “ good “ or “ bad “ factions per se, just a competition for control. With so many claims of good guys / good aliens / gods on ‘ our side,’ it makes zero sense it hasn’t already been fixed. The { alleged } “ restrictions / rules / laws ” preventing them from acting are nonsense. The Cabal does whatever they want, but somehow, someway, despite Martial law & ‘ war,’ nothing positive is allowed without carefully concocted steps and ‘ legal ‘ authority. Pure bullsh*t excuses – or what you would say if you never intended to fix any of it.
Think Hegelian dialect – Problem – Reaction – Solution.
Fiat Money ran it’s course, as BOTH SIDES knew it would. VERY PREDICTABLE.
Both sides are now using what’s left of it to buy real things just prior to a currency collapse.

What factor are both “ sides “ in complete agreement with ?
DIGITAL CURRENCY – THE NEW MONEY – ABSOLUTE FINANCIAL CONTROL .
When it’s all over, those that remain like ourselves may receive an RV pittance for personal use.
You have already noted that only “ humanitarians “ will receive larger sums – digitally controlled & monitored – run by unknown entities with their finger on the ‘ STEAL IT BACK FROM THEM WHEN THEY ARE MISBEHAVING LITTLE KIDDIES ‘ button. No recourse, we won’t even know who the button pushers are.
NDA’s are a smokescreen / fear p--n — most will be so happy to get something – finally – without an NDA – they will accept the digital “ money “ without pause. You will have noticed by now that not one single post – anywhere – has described any recourse, no courts, judges or tribunals where you can plead your case to get your funds back. NONE. Because a fiction doesn’t need a recourse. THEY CAN ALREADY STEAL YOUR FUNDS WHENEVER THEY WANT !
The meek SHALL inherit the Earth, but those that are now in control will have YOU paying to fix their thousand’s of years of planetary destruction. That is, those of us that are left alive.
