Each has his/her own opinion and beliefs. And they also have the right to determine when they have had enough of the can kicking and lies.
As Raanra said. ( at least I think it was he /she).The White Hats are looking at a future where they will be accountable for the suffering from the slow walking. And in truth, they are accessories by allowing it to continue if they had the means to stop it.
But point of fact. These “aliens” were here before mankind. As it seems, they genetically engineered some human races from what was here.
