Belief in God is a good thing.
There’s a prayer at the end of a movie that really was beautiful. They were sitting around the table and nobody, except for this one unlikely looking young guy, knew how to pray before they ate as none of them were use to giving thanks. This young and unlikely young man said that he’s got it and proceeds to hold hands with those on both sides and everyone follows suit around the table, holding hands. It goes something like this:
“Dearest Father and Almighty Creator, we ask for your grace tonight, despite our pride, your forgiveness, despite our doubt, most of all, Lord, we ask for your love to sooth us through these dark times, and may we face whatever is to come, in Your divine will, with courage and opens hearts we accept. Amen.”
If there ever was a time to pray, now is the perfect time to learn how. If you don’t already know a prayer, learn one. It must be sincere and heartfelt.
I must admit, I’m a little bit too harsh/critical on 107 and the Alliance. I now realize that my disenchantment with those mentioned above is only a reflection of my inner doubt and lack of faith in my fellow man. I trust in God only. If God is working through these people in high places, then I should trust in that. But, how do I really know? How does anyone?
Talk to God, even if it feels strange. Do not grovel. Father Creator God doesn’t want anyone to grovel, no matter what they’ve done. Just be honest, because you can’t hide anything from Him, anyway. Apparently, God loves all of creation…something I cannot grasp at this time on my journey. I’ve a long way to go. But, there’s one thing I hold on to and it is the belief that God doesn’t make mistakes but allows us to make as many as we dare to make. God does not condemn. That is a man-made thought system attached to the ego and not of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit and the ego are two exclusively opposite thought systems. The Holy Spirit is always forgiving and the ego is not.
Make it count where it needs to the most…the heart knows.

Juan (107) said to pray…to God.
OK.
Because we’ll not win this without Him.
Food for thought, but to each their own.
