URGENT! THE FINAL TIMELINE HAS BEEN LOCKED, HERE ARE THE NEXT FIVE DATES AND EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENS ON EACH ONE

THU. 22 OCT 2026 – THE PUBLIC WINDOW OPENS

• The onboarding window for public Tier 4B users goes active between October 22–26, depending on regional system loads. This is the window that was announced before the first wave moved – and it is now the window for everyone else

SAT. 24 OCT 2026 – THE SECOND 800# ROTATION

• Forty-seven new numbers go live at 20:00 EST. The first batch was forty-seven. The second batch is forty-seven. The rotation does not double – it paces

• The safe link is dispatched 36 hours before each rotation. If your link arrives on Thursday, your call window is Saturday

• What to watch: a live person answering, not a recording. If you get a menu, hang up

MON. 26 OCT 2026 – BIOMETRIC PHASE TWO

• Retinal and voice verification are added to thumbprint verification at every active corridor. This is not a new requirement – it is the second half of the same requirement that was always coming

• QFS wallet activations are logged in real time. Every activation is timestamped. Every timestamp is permanent

• What to watch: your secure line ringing before your regular phone does

WED. 28 OCT 2026 – MED BED REGISTRATION OPENS

• Registration opens for Tier 4B participants only. Priority order is fixed: children with long-term illnesses, then the critically ill, then veterans

• No walk-ins. No referrals. No payment. The location is not a hospital – it is a Med Bed center

• What to watch: a confirmation code and a location, delivered through your Quantum Mobile Device

FRI. 30 OCT 2026 – THE EBS CLOSED-LOOP BROADCAST

• A twelve-minute broadcast on a closed-loop channel. Not a public activation. A verification broadcast – the same format that was tested at 04:30 EST, now running on a scheduled window

• Rainbow Currency merchant onboarding moves into its second phase in the same window. The two are synchronized deliberately

• What to watch: sudden “technical difficulties” on networks that have never had technical difficulties
