The children from under the ground need appropriate appreciation – lots and lots of warmth.
If we don’t have enough proper foster care for those we seek to place in foster care under usual circumstances, how can we find such for these children? And the usual child care systems are so often corrupt. The evil “demand” for children is so high.
I think the answer is, that these are children who know how bad things are, and would accept another procedure. Such a procedure could be given by founding a live-in school where one simply loves them en-masse, discusses openly as need may be, in this school, the horrors, the need for Jesus.
I think that would work.
You see, these children have seen it all. They don’t need anyone to tell them anything. On the contrary they know that only someone who is humble before God will have wisdom. Beware the learned. Only the meek will have understanding.
They have lived that. You dont want to approach them with any theory or model. They hold truth themselves.
When you are with them God is watching you.
(My wife knew a N--i KZ survivor. The survivor said, she never experienced love between people as true and intense as in that KZ).
We would need them to be absolutely safe, perhaps even protected visibly by MIL so that they also feel safe.
They need visible security. That is much more important than anything else.
I suggest permanent military presence surrounding the school.
These children can live with everything if and only if they are secure, have loving people around them, the chance to talk in love with others, to speak of Jesus, to speak of wisdom, to speak of love. That is what they need – real people.
Like Potus and Flotus for example.
There are people who can give this understanding, who have spoken out. The best person to ask about their needs might be Svali – she has experienced the worst surely. T-----e in the womb, birth mother t------d to attach her to her handler. Cathy O’Brien would be a wonderful person to ask, also.

So this would be my procedure.
– Set up military security, visible for all the children. They know who saved them. Occasional (or permanent) visitors taking part in the discussions at the school should please be Navy Seals who might describe the rescue processes. (Provide boxes of paper handkerchiefs.)
– Set up a live-in school. With pleasant, simple, rooms to feel secure in, to sleep in securely.
– Discuss. Have opportunities to discuss everything. All that needs to be discussed.
– The children already know enough of the bad side. They are the experts. Offer beauty. They will appreciate it and open into it. Offer gardening, farming, education, drawing/painting.
If you let people enter into what is good, they will step slowly into it and open up.
So that’s my formulation for now.
Offer security, shelter, discussion, truth. True love.
The rescuers themselves might need help in healing.
Perhaps they, too, could live on the site, and share the healing.
