The disguise works because legitimate activity can continue alongside extraction. Patients receive some care. Contractors perform some services. Officials pursue some valid objectives. Those genuine functions give a compromised arrangement credibility.
A public mission can become the protective wrapper around private enrichment.
What the Pakistan history actually contributes
There is a substantial historical basis for examining relationships among U.S. intelligence, Pakistan’s intelligence services, Afghan armed groups, and illicit finance.
Declassified U.S. records explicitly describe an overt and covert relationship with Pakistan, its central role in supplying Afghan insurgents, and President Zia’s supervision through the ISI.
A U.S. Institute of Peace study also describes reports of narcotics involvement among Afghan resistance figures and Pakistani military allies being ignored or suppressed because officials prioritized the strategic mission.
The historically supported pattern is that strategic usefulness can purchase tolerance for misconduct. That is a serious mechanism of institutional corruption.
Applying that history to today’s telemarketing company is an investigative hypothesis. Establishing the connection means identifying its owners, accounts, intermediaries, beneficiaries, and protectors. A shared country supplies a search direction; a shared financial or operational relationship supplies a connection.

The same discipline applies to Obama, the Bush family, the Awans, USAID, and the Muslim Brotherhood. Family associations, self-dealing, dark forces and centuries of common sense can bring clarity to who invented, controlled and received money from the billions of fraud proceeds from these operations.
What “see the patterns” should mean:
The most revealing patterns are repeated conduct and repeated beneficiaries:
The same beneficial owners behind supposedly unrelated vendors.
Payments to intermediaries with little identifiable business purpose.
Shared accounts, addresses, billing credentials, or money transmitters.
Warnings repeatedly reaching officials who then weaken controls.
Political or institutional funding traceable to beneficiaries of the scheme.
Intervention that protects particular operators after their misconduct becomes known.
Those connections expose a shadow operation through its behavior and financial footprint. A court ruling is not required to ask the questions, analyze the records or discern the truth.
Deliberate design, opportunistic exploitation, and subsequent protection are different, “plausible deniability mechanisms.” Ongoing Treasury, DOGE, FBI & DOJ investigations will determine the scope, scale and fraudsters involved.
The moral center
Worshipping money and control goes directly to the incentive problem: “the love of money” is the root described in 1 Timothy 6:10; Matthew 6:24 addresses the impossibility of serving God and money.
When money becomes the master, people gradually reverse their duties:
Public service becomes access. Access becomes income. Income purchases protection. Protection preserves extraction.

That is the flywheel worth exposing and knowing: public authority financing private power, and private power reshaping public authority to keep the money flowing.
