Presidents Kept in the Dark on Alien Contact?
What if unelected figures inside the national security apparatus have deliberately withheld confirmed encounters with non-human intelligences from successive White House occupants, operating outside any clear constitutional authority while reverse-engineered craft from crash retrievals continued circulating through compartmented channels?
Ross Coulthart’s questioning cuts to the core of that possibility, raising whether a shadow network within defense and intelligence circles could isolate presidents from the full scope of UAP activity, biologics, and technology recovery programs that have run for decades.
Is the legal cover simply an elastic “national security” blanket stretched to shield illegal funding diversions, or does it point to something more deliberate involving the NHI themselves steering the concealment?
The tension builds as each layer of withheld briefings suggests the real decision makers may not sit in the Oval Office at all, leaving the public and even the commander in chief reacting to a sanitized version of events while the original sources of the phenomena remain in control.
