The Art of War is a book about fighting a War with Deception (lies). A War of Words is Fighting Words.

The SCOTUS ruled that Fighting Words are not protected by the First Amendment (1A).

However the SCOTUS failed to report any specific Fighting Words.

The SCOTUS claims Fighting Words are words that provoke a fight.

I have identified some words that are Fight provoking. These words provoke a fight because they are a form of deception. I call this practice Conversion.

Conversion includes the act of making Lawful actions (Rights) into a Crime or Privilege.

The SCOTUS has granted cops a license to lie (convert). Lying creates a victim of fraud. SCOTUS is an Accessory to every lie (Conversion) Government commits.

These words are used to victimize and mislead third parties to also victimize the target of the Conversion.

Crime requires three elements; 1. Victim. 2. Intent. 3. One of the following; Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Fraud, or Mischief. Without intent, an Accident has occurred. Seizing people without a victim, is a K--------g and Extortion Racket (RICO).

Fighting Words:

Detained is used to deceive people into cooperation with an illegal 4A Seizure. Seized is a binary state, one is either Seized or Free based on the 4A.

Inspect is used to deceive people into cooperating with an illegal 4A Search. To Inspect, a Search is required, a 4A Search requires a Warrant.

Inventory is used to deceive people into cooperating with an illegal 4A Search, without Warrant.

Not Guilty is used to deceive people into cooperating with an illegal plea. People are assumed 4A Innocent until proven guilty, in a court of law.

Not Guilty is used to deceive people into cooperating with an illegal task. Proving a negative (Not) is logically impossible (Legal Fiction / Fraud).

Suspicious is used to deceive people into cooperating with an illegal accusation. Suspicious is not a crime, it’s a claim in ignorance / paranoia.

Resisting is used to deceive people into cooperating with an illegal 4A Seizure. Resisting an illegal 4A Seizure is your Right & Duty.

Arrest is used to deceive people into cooperating an illegal 4A Seizure. Again 4A is Seized, not Arrested.

Reasonable is used to deceive people into cooperating with Mercenaries engaging in The Art of War with the people they swore to protect.

Identification is used to deceive people into cooperating with Mercenaries engaging in The Art of War to enslave humanity.

Public Safety is used to deceive people into cooperating with Fraud. The SCOTUS has ruled Police are not responsible for your safety, and “Public” is Legal Fiction.

Cooperate is used to deceive people into cooperating with Felons and Mercenaries. A man who can not decline cooperation is a slave.

Miranda is used to deceive people into abandoning their 4A & 5A rights against Self-incrimination by surrendering their 4A Papers. By getting people to believe talking is the primary form of incrimination. Your STATE issued Papers inform the cops & courts, you are a Ward of the State (State’s Responsibility).

None of these words are used by people in their normal day-to-day lives. These words are used by the Legal System to obtain Convictions, Control, and Money.

The Government you see is not the Constitutional Republic. The Government you see is the Fascist Banker’s Government. This Government sees and treats We the People as slaves (commodity).

This flag is found in three places; Banks, Courts, and Government Offices. Banks are PRIVATE, Government of the People is PUBLIC. Who is deceiving you; Banks or Courts? Both are deceiving you, you have no Government, you have the Banker’s Government. The Banks bought the Republic with the Donations you made to a PRIVATE Bank we call the IRS. Corporations support the Banker’s Government by collecting Income Tax in direct opposition with the Constitution prohibition of Capitation Tax.

This is an American Battle Flag, a Flag of WAR, they are at War with you & me. Can you see it, or are you still asleep?

Government = Govern-mentis (Latin) = Govern-(mind, thought, thinking, belief) = Govern-mind = Mind-control = MK-Ultra = Project Mockingbird = MSM

Government is used to deceive people into cooperating with a Criminal Enterprise by Mind Control.

A Municipality is a Private British Bank Owned Crown Corporation (Paying Taxes = You don’t own it). Corporatism = Fascism ≠ Constitutional Republic

Government that protects We the People is Legal. (Not to be confused with Public Safety fraud.)

Government that protects Government is a Protection Racket (RICO). (Qualified Immunity, Officer Safety, Judicial Immunity, Absolute Immunity, etc.)

Government that exploits We the People is an Extortion Racket (RICO). (FED, IRS, I.D., Converting Rights to Privileges / Crime, Private Prisons, etc.)

No Government is Lawful, because man made Government, the Creator made Land Air Water (LAW). The BAR’s “Law” is an extortion racket.

Don’t assume Government is incompetent. YOU ARE, because you have failed to discover Government’s motives.
