Unity Consciousness is where we are headed in this New World, yet most of us don’t seem to have a clue. Well, perhaps it is because most people are simply too busy working and trying to keep everything together, especially with the hyperinflation we are experiencing.

I want people to understand that this is our future, and that living from the heart is paramount. But we do not have to do this alone. Unity Consciousness can connect us with our soul family and with others who are like-minded and walking a similar path. Being fully present in the moment has been difficult for much of humanity because we have been kept so busy, running around like chickens with our heads cut off, simply trying to survive and put food on our tables or keep it there.

Because of this, we have had very little time to go within and do the shadow work that is required to raise our vibration and become more conscious of who we truly are. The benefit of doing this inner work is that our lives can begin to flow more smoothly, and we become more aligned with the things we truly desire to create and manifest.

Of course, no one teaches us this. We are rarely taught how powerful our consciousness is, how important our thoughts and emotions are, or how to reconnect with the wisdom within our own hearts.

So, consider this your first lesson in changing your life for the better.

Let me begin.

1. A Shift From “I” to “We”

You no longer perceive yourself as a separate, isolated self.
Instead, you sense your life as part of a collective field—humanity, Earth, spirit, creation.

2. Unconditional Acceptance of What Is

You stop resisting life. You stop arguing with the present moment.
There is a relaxation into truth, and from that came clarity.

3. Seeing Yourself in All Things

Judgment dissolves because you recognize:

• the fear in others as something you’ve known
• the light in others as the same light in you

4. Presence Instead of Projection

Unity consciousness happens only in now, never in the past or imagined future.

5. Living From Love Instead of Ego

Not sentimental love but the natural compassion that arises when you see clearly. Living from our hearts is one of the greatest gifts we can give to each other because it literally changes your world. I’m not just talking about YOUR world specifically; I am speaking about the WHOLE world!

Imagine if every day when you go for your morning walk and you see some people doing the same across the street. They smile back at you and acknowledge you. That cost them nothing but for the person that receives that smile it might be the only one they have had in days. That person is now lit up inside with such joy because of a smile that literally cost nothing.

How to Achieve Unity Consciousness Here and Now

Below are the most direct, non-theoretical steps and practices that actually shift your frequency. Be daring and try them! There is nothing to lose but what you will gain will give you so much peace.

1. Drop into the Present Moment

Unity consciousness is already here and it’s important to note that it’s the mind’s noise that blocks it.

Try this:
Look at what is in front of you right now.
Feel the breath moving.
Notice the space around your body.
Let yourself sense the aliveness of your own presence.

In that stillness, separation dissolves. Yes it’s that easy. Just try it and see.

2. Open the Heart (the real key)

Unity consciousness is accessed through the heart, not the mind.

Ways to open it:

• place your hand on your chest
• breathe into the heart center
• imagine softening rather than controlling
• silently repeat: “I am safe to open.”

A softened heart experiences connection and it is instant. But you will carry that forward and that is what is the most important key here. You carry it and you automatically are sharing it wherever you are without effort. We are meant to share our light with humanity.

At this time in this paradigm shift it’s not that easy because many of the people we know are all at different vibrations or levels of consciousness. They will all wake up but at different times according to their soul plan which by the way they chose.

3. Release Judgment (the major barrier)

Judgment creates separation.
Unity requires curiosity, compassion, and neutrality.

Whenever judgment arises, gently ask: “What part of me is this reflecting?”
This instantly restores connection instead of division.

4. Stop Over-Identifying with Thought

The mind says:

I am separate.
I am threatened.
I need control.

But awareness behind the mind—the observer—is already unified.

Try noticing your thoughts as clouds passing, not as “you.”

5. Practice Non-Resistance

Unity consciousness is the natural state beneath resistance.

Resistance feels like:

• tension
• pushing away
• frustration
• trying to change what is

Non-resistance feels like:

• softening
• allowing
• accepting
• resting in presence

When you stop fighting the moment, you merge with it.

6. Treat Everything as Sacred

Unity is a lens, not a destination.
You train yourself to look through it.

Try this for one day:

• see the divine in every person
• speak gently
• move intentionally
• listen fully
• honor your environment

When everything becomes sacred, unity arises automatically.

7. Live from the Frequency You Want to Create

Unity isn’t reached through striving it’s matched through vibration.

To embody:

• gratitude
• compassion
• presence
• open-heartedness

You literally align with the unified field. Now let me explain what that is. There is nothing mysterious about frequency or vibration if those words are not part of your everyday language.

The important thing is that “frequency” here is being used primarily as a spiritual metaphor for the quality of consciousness you are embodying, not as a claim that gratitude or compassion has been scientifically measured as a particular electromagnetic frequency.

What does “Live from the Frequency You Want to Create” mean?

It means:

Don’t wait for the world to become peaceful before you become peaceful.Don’t wait for others to become loving before you become loving.Don’t wait for unity to appear around you before you begin living from unity.

Instead, you begin embodying the state of consciousness you want to experience in the world.

For example, imagine two people experiencing exactly the same difficult situation.

One responds from:

• fear
• anger
• defensiveness
• judgment
• scarcity

The other responds from:

• presence
• compassion
• understanding
• patience
• love

The external circumstance may be identical, but the consciousness brought to that circumstance is completely different.

That is what “frequency” is pointing toward.

What does “Unity isn’t reached through striving” mean?

This is a very important part.  If you say: “I have to become enlightened.” you have already created a psychological separation:

Who I am now → who I need to become

Then you spend your energy trying to get somewhere.

The spiritual idea behind unity consciousness is almost the opposite.

It says:

Unity is not something you have to manufacture. It is something you gradually learn to recognize and embody.

You aren’t creating interconnectedness.

You are becoming more aware of the Interconnectedness that is already there.

That’s why the passage says: “Unity isn’t reached through striving. It’s matched through vibration.”

In simpler language:

You don’t force yourself into unity consciousness. You cultivate the qualities of consciousness that are consistent with unity.

So what does “matched through vibration” actually mean?

Think about your emotional state as the lens through which you experience reality.

When you’re living in fear, you notice threats.

When you’re angry, you notice things that confirm your anger.

When you’re suspicious, you look for evidence that people cannot be trusted.

When you’re compassionate, you begin noticing suffering that you previously overlooked.

When you’re grateful, you begin noticing what is already present rather than constantly focusing on what is missing.

Nothing magical has necessarily happened to the external world.

It’s your relationship with the world that has changed.

That’s what “changing your vibration” can mean in practical terms.

Now let’s look at your four qualities:

Gratitude

Gratitude moves consciousness away from: “I don’t have enough.” toward: “Look at what is already here.”

It shifts attention from lack to appreciation.

And when you consistently live from appreciation, you tend to perceive abundance, beauty, generosity and possibility differently.

Compassion

Compassion is particularly important to unity consciousness.

Why? Because compassion begins to dissolve the psychological wall between:“me” and “you.”

Compassion overrides separation instantly.

Instead of immediately asking: “What’s wrong with that person?” you begin asking:

“What happened to that person?”

You don’t have to agree with someone’s behavior.

You simply recognize their humanity.

That is a movement toward unity.

To me, this is one of the things that is deeply lacking in our society today. So many people have become programmed by the demands and distractions of everyday life that they move through the world without truly seeing the people around them. They become so focused on where they need to be and what they need to accomplish that they can walk right past a homeless person without even acknowledging their existence, simply because they are running late.

I have witnessed this personally, more than once, while working downtown in Toronto’s financial district. To say I was flabbergasted is an understatement. It made me realize how easily we can become disconnected from our own humanity when we allow the busyness of life to consume us.

So please, try to be more aware. Slow down. Be present. Look around you and truly see the people you encounter. That person sitting on the street is not invisible. They are someone’s father, someone’s son, someone’s daughter, someone’s mother. They have a story, a heart, a soul, and a life that matters.

We are all connected. When we learn to see one another through the eyes of compassion rather than through the labels society has placed upon us, we begin to remember something profound: there is a spark of the same divine consciousness within every one of us.

Sometimes the most spiritual thing we can do is simply stop, look someone in the eyes, and let them know they are seen.

Presence

Presence means actually being where you are.

Not constantly living in:

What happened yesterday?
or
What might happen tomorrow?

You become attentive to what is happening now. And there is something important here:

You cannot experience interconnectedness very deeply if you’re constantly lost in thought.

Presence allows you to actually notice life.

The person sitting across from you.

The sunlight coming through the window.

The tree outside.  Your own breathing.

The emotions moving through you.

The world becomes something you participate in rather than something you merely think about.

Open-heartedness

This doesn’t mean being naïve and it doesn’t mean allowing everyone to hurt you. It doesn’t mean having no boundaries.

Open-heartedness means remaining capable of love, empathy, wonder and connection without allowing fear to completely close you down.

You can have boundaries and still have an open heart.

You can say: “No, this isn’t acceptable.” without saying: “You are worthless.”

That distinction is extremely important.

So what does “align with the unified field” mean?

Let me explain the statement carefully.

Spiritually, the unified field can be used as a metaphor for the deeper interconnectedness of existence.

If everything is interconnected, then living from:  fear, hatred, separation and domination

is psychologically consistent with seeing yourself as separate from everything else.

But living from:  love, compassion, gratitude, presence and connection

is consistent with recognizing yourself as part of a larger whole.

So when the passage says: “You literally align with the unified field.” I would soften the word “literally.”

A clearer way to this would be:

“You begin to align your consciousness with the reality of interconnectedness that the unified field represents.”

That keeps the spiritual meaning without claiming that science has proven that a person’s emotions physically tune them into a measurable universal consciousness field.

And there is an even deeper idea here…

Suppose you walk into a room where everyone is angry.

You don’t necessarily have to become angry too.

You can bring something different into the room.

You bring calm.

You listen.

You don’t escalate.

You respond rather than react.

That changes the relational field around you.

One calm person can sometimes calm another person.

That person can affect another.

And suddenly the emotional atmosphere of the entire group begins changing.

This is a very grounded way of understanding the phrase:  “Be the frequency you want to create.”

You aren’t magically controlling the universe.

You’re participating in the creation of the environment around you through your consciousness, behavior and relationships.

And this connects beautifully to unity consciousness.

The progression looks something like this:

I change my inner state

My behavior changes

My relationships change

The people around me are affected

They affect others

The quality of the collective environment changes

That is how an inner transformation can eventually become a collective transformation.

And that, I think, is the deeper meaning behind that statement.

In very simple terms:

Don’t wait for the world to become loving before you become loving.

Don’t wait for humanity to become compassionate before you become compassionate.

Don’t wait for unity consciousness to arrive.

Live as though interconnectedness matters now.

Because when enough individuals begin doing that, unity stops being merely an idea and

starts becoming something expressed through human behavior. And that is a much more grounded and powerful meaning of

“Living from the frequency you want to create.”

What It Feels Like When Unity Consciousness Activates

You may notice:
A sense of spaciousness
Deeper intuition
Increased synchronicities
Calm where anxiety once lived
Clarity without effort
Love arising naturally
The feeling of being supported
Softening rather than tightening
Understanding without words

It literally feels like coming home and until I found my soul group and my partner/co-founder Geo I had never felt that feeling in this life.

The inspiration for our community came through a profound moment of divine guidance. One morning, I awoke with a clear message from my beloved guide, Archangel Michael:

“It is time to find your tribe.”

Trusting this sacred invitation without hesitation, my partner, Geo who is the other co-founder of World Benevolence Group followed the call of our hearts.

We created a simple gathering place where kindred spirits could meet, share, and grow together. What began as one act of faith soon blossomed into something far greater than either of us could have imagined.

One by one, our soul family found their way to us. Many could not explain how they had arrived; they simply felt an irresistible pull as though an invisible thread had gently guided them home. There was an immediate sense of familiarity, of souls recognizing one another beyond words or circumstance.

Through heartfelt conversations and shared experiences, that recognition deepened into an undeniable knowing. Again and again, the same realization emerged: this was far more than coincidence. It was soul remembrance.

Over time, this circle of light expanded into a global community united by a shared vision of serving humanity. Today, the World Benevolence Group embraces hundreds of members across many countries, each offering their unique gifts in service to a more compassionate and awakened world. Its growth has never been driven by force, but by divine alignment, loving intention, and selfless service.

At its heart, the World Benevolence Group is more than an organization it is a living expression of unity consciousness. It is rooted in unconditional love, compassion, authenticity, and reverence for both humanity and Mother Earth. Every member carries a unique light, yet all are woven together by a common purpose: to uplift others, inspire hope, and help create a world where love becomes our highest guiding principle.

This journey is not about separation or division. It is about remembering that we have always been connected. It is an invitation to listen to the wisdom within, to trust the gentle guidance of the soul, and to walk together in harmony, purpose, and service.

No matter where we live or what path has brought us here, this sacred calling lives within each of us. It is not something we must become, for our true essence has never been lost. It is something we awaken to… something we remember.

As this family of light continues to grow, so too, does its capacity to serve. With open hearts, we welcome all who feel that quiet inner stirring, the gentle call of the soul inviting them to connect, contribute, and become part of something far greater than themselves.

Together, united in love, compassion, and higher purpose, we have the power to help create a New Earth founded upon peace, unity, and benevolence.

May your heart always recognize the path it was born to walk.

May your soul gently lead you to those you are destined to meet.

And may you always remember that the light you seek has been within you all along!
