I like to keep my ideas brief and I hope I respect that preference here. Nonetheless here is a quick metaphor.
You are traveller on vast beautiful planet where every demarcated land houses a beautiful, peaceloving, enlightened culture and all threat of war or conflict has been outgrown and is not even a blip in the planet’s history.
You come to a tiny island in your travels, and you discover the natives are a very violent, savage, fearful people. You also discover they are taught by birth that all places outside the island are at least as savage and violent, it being an inherent part of every being’s make up to behave thus.
Now why would that be …
Because if the natives were aware how much there style of life was an incongruity to the rest of the planet they would no longer be afraid, drawn to or cowed into a life where they were conditioned by their own, self created sense of threat.
Summon your imagination, we are going to take it for an exercise.
Imagine a universe so vast you cannot imagine such spaces. Imagine the thematic and defining characteristics of that universe in all different dimensions, worlds and levels is harmony, beauty, bliss and fulfillment.

Imagine one tiny specklike bubble in that vastness, where the sole goal of those with control within its boundaries is to convince every intelligence that appears in the bubble that all that Beauty outside the bubble does not exist, and that the vastness outside of it is characterised by the same conflicts, lack of communion, greed and inclination to negatively emote that appears within the bubble.
Now why would that be …
Because if those within the bubble were truly appraised of the true nature of the cosmos they would immediately see how needless the distortions and problems they have taken for granted are.
You are a part of the Amazing Beauty of the Vastness of the Universe.
You have come to a place where every resource (EVERY RESOURCE) has been used to condition you into thinking the opposite, that you are simply a physical thinking structure in a survival of the fittest, exploit or be exploited environment and that such is ‘universal law’.
As a part of the Beauty of it All, all you have to do is remember where you came from, how incredibly big an ocean it is compared to this minutely and extremely small bubble (where every means was, and still is, being employed to make you forget just that fact and convince you the opposite holds true) and how, in size comparison as you grow, incredibly close that Vastness of Beauty is. So close it is pressing on the walls of the matrix bubble harder and harder everyday.
And then that beautiful strand of sanity you feel reaching out from the heart when you embrace this concept of the total incongruity and invalidity of this extremely tiny place compared to the rest of the Vastness, is the real universe calling you back and saying it is time to close this charade down.
