For Those Who Need More “Clarity” On This Subject
EOs are bullets; the Clarity Act is the gun. Trump’s executive orders activated the SEC and gave the military the legal standing to freeze assets and audit the Fed.
But EOs are fragile they can be revoked by the next globalist puppet who slithers into the Oval Office. The Clarity Act codifies the reset into permanent federal law. Without it, the entire tokenized asset framework and the dinar RV are just sitting on a foundation of wet tissue paper.
The Senate passing it is a formality. The military doesn’t need 60 RINO votes when you have the Insurrection Act and wartime continuity protocols. The Act will get passed either by a forced congressional vote under duress, or by military decree as part of the post-tribunal emergency governance structure. The legislative theater is just to let the normies think the republic is still functioning as usual.
Todd’s opinion isn’t wrong because it’s different; it’s wrong because it ignores the legal architecture. You need the Clarity Act to make the new blockchain financial system bulletproof against the next Cabal counterattack. EOs win the battle. The Clarity Act wins the war.

I also wanted to add this because many people are severely underestimating the crime committed in 2020. The idea that Iran situation hurts Republicans in the midterms is a joke pushed by CNN analysts who still think the 2020 election was secure. The Democrats are walking into a woodchipper. The RICO case being built around the 2020 Election Fraud isn’t just a legal proceeding; it’s a structural demolition.
The US Intelligence have spent the last 18+ months mapping the digital ballot t---------g, the NGO funding streams, and the coordinated state-level subversion. They aren’t going to indict a few low-level operatives; they are going to drop RICO charges on the entire DNC infrastructure, naming specific congressional members and state officials as co-conspirators in an ongoing criminal enterprise.
People are still stuck in old 3d thinking. This s--t is going one way. The New Republic is not up for debate, discussion, or voting. It’s going to come regardless. That is not up in the air.

RICO requires at least two acts of racketeering within a ten-year window. The syndicate has committed dozens. Coordinated ballot h--------g (fraud), FISA a---e and lawfare against political opponents (obstruction of justice), Ukraine aid laundering (money laundering), and state-sponsored censorship via tech cutouts (conspiracy to deprive civil rights). These aren’t isolated incidents; they are the operational business model of the enterprise.
