The infamous “Friday the 13th” in 1307, was when King Philip IV of France and Pope Clement V ordered the arrest of the Templars. The Templars got wind of it and moved their massive fleet at La Rochelle overnight, carrying the gold, treasures and archives to secret locations in Scotland and Switzerland.
