At 16:36 PDT in my little town in California with only about 1,700 people the internet shut down and was down for at least several hours while I was still checking. Then I went to sleep.
We checked the telephone landlines and the cell phones and all of them were down while the Sun was still up.
On my phone landline I could dial the number, but when I got to the final digit it would be a busy signal no matter who I called.
“Sometime in the next two days a Blackout and Lockdown will become global in all countries of the World. …the 17th Letter on Telegram”
I thought the EBS shutdown was here and then this morning at about 3:40 AM PDT when I went to turn on the modem the light on it was no longer red but now blue for a good signal.
Were the White Hats using our little town as a testing place for the internet and phone shut down as they have to see the responses before they go all out and get to everyone nationwide and worldwide?
A friend said he had to wait to Sun. 19 July to get an answer back from Paypal on how to get access to his Bitcoin account and thus now I thought since that was 10 days from now this must be the actual EBS.

Maybe that is still true and Paypal knew when the EBS was coming.
