This is the cabal’s way around Galactic Federation’s blockade, which is allowed through free will.
Satanists will continue opening dark portals in other ways.
Galactic Federation will continue removing as many dark entities as possible.

Not all will be removed which is why Earth will seem to get much darker before the Shift happens.
This is spiritual warfare.
Anyone who thinks the cabal can affect our timelines (with CERN or anything else) has a distorted view of reality and clearly lacks awareness of the light forces.
These are generally the same people who promote the soul trap, project blue beam, and all assortment of victim narratives placing the cabal in full control.
Every false theory is missing the same piece of the puzzle: Galactic Federation.
Galactic Federation controls soul incarnations, Earth timelines and global ascension.
The cabal can open portals and summon demons, but not even the false gods they worship can affect timelines or the Shift.
