THE ANDROMEDA COUNCIL: 133 RACES THAT HAVE BEEN WATCHING US FOR 600,000 YEARS
1994. An ordinary man named Alex Collier steps onto a stage and calmly explains that since the age of eight (since 1964), he has been communicating face-to-face with tall blue-skinned beings from the constellation Andromeda – Vissaeus and Moraney.
They are not simply “aliens.”
They are humanity’s older brothers, who came to warn us.
According to Collier, this is what the Andromedans revealed:
1. The Andromeda Council – A Galactic “United Nations” of 133 Races
After a catastrophic 600,000-year war between human races and reptilian civilizations (primarily from Alpha Draconis and Orion), this Council was established.
Its purpose is not to rule, but to mediate conflicts between oxygen-breathing and hydrogen-breathing civilizations, monitor movement throughout the galaxy, and prevent future genocides.

2. Earth – An Ancient Experiment and Battlefield
Humanity is a genetic blend of 22 different extraterrestrial races.
Our DNA contains the memories of all of them.
We were created, colonized, and manipulated.
The “gods” of ancient myths?
Mostly extraterrestrials.
Religions, wars, and financial systems – all tools of control.
3. Reptilians and the “Dark Side”
The Alpha Draconians are master genetic engineers and ultimate warriors – in the most negative sense.

They stand behind many fear-based hierarchies.
The Orion Group (141 races) has also actively interfered in human affairs.
The Andromedans describe a future timeline in which, approximately 357 years after the 1990s, humanity is almost completely under control.
4. The Moon Is Not What It Seems
According to them, our Moon was once an Andromedan world-ship containing 144 levels.
It was placed into orbit after the destruction of the planet Tiamat (Phaeton) around 12,500 years ago in order to stabilize Earth.
Today, it is supposedly abandoned and in ruins.
5. The Core Message of the Andromedans
You are spiritual beings living in human bodies.
Your soul is far more powerful than you realize.
Fear is the primary tool of control.
When humanity begins to live from the heart rather than from fear, the entire control matrix will collapse.

They will not come to “save” us.
We must mature, take responsibility for ourselves, and evolve on our own.
They are only mentors.
Alex has repeated this information for 32 years with remarkably few changes.
He has never been conclusively caught lying about the core elements of his story.
He did not ask for money, build a cult, or seek power – he simply shared what he claims to know.
Many of these themes – Orion wars, genetic manipulation, lunar bases, and a galactic council – later appeared in the accounts of other contactees and in various independent sources.
