I focus on practicing gratitude as often as possible. It might look like this…’Thank you, Universe, for the sunshine…’ ‘Thank you Father/Mother God for my reliable car that never lets me down…’ ‘Thanks spirit guides and helpers – I love my new shoes…’ That is how my gratitude flows throughout each day.
And yes, I definitely notice my frequency increasing when I am by the sea, in the bush, exercising to my favorite music at fitness class, playing card and board games with my loved ones, writing these posts. I am blessed to have so many high-vibe activities in my life.
I am also noticing that some people are gently drifting away while loved ones are drawing closer. I love this aspect of Ascension – loved ones coming closer. It is pure joy to have them in my vibration space.

Finally, last night I was chatting with a dear Light Warrior friend. We discussed how we are creating our new 5D life one building block at a time. We are, literally, building our 5D life with every choice (block). When we did an inventory of our building blocks, we were both impressed by how well we are doing. It’s a great ‘Big Picture’ exercise. Recommended.
