A Galactic Federation Contactee Explains the Different Levels of Beings Walking Among Us – and Why Every Generation Z Kid Is an Alien

I have been a direct contactee of the Galactic Federation for thirty years. I have been told to my face by beings with superpowers – powers that governments acknowledge – that I am a starseed from an oriental human planet with 10,000‑year lifespans. My Light Quotient (the vibrational measure of the soul) is 72%. I have high‑level psychic skills, telepathic reception, and did PhD level research in the physics of consciousness at the highest level. I can also get very sick on this planet – chronic fatigue, autoimmune flares, energetic crashes that can leave me wasted if not managed correctly.

People do not understand this. They think: “If you are an alien, why can’t you fly? Why do you get sick? Why don’t you perform miracles?”

The answer is simple: not all extraterrestrials are the same. There is a hierarchy of human‑looking beings on Earth. Understanding this hierarchy will save you from confusion – and maybe give you some compassion for those of us who struggle.

What Is a Light Quotient?

Your Light Quotient (LQ) is the vibrational frequency of your soul. The higher the number, the more spiritually advanced you are. Earth humans without alien heritage have an LQ of 40% to 50%. Human extraterrestrials from Galactic Federation planets range from 50% to 120% or higher. The higher your LQ on your home planet, the longer your potential lifespan. But on Earth, the rules change dramatically.

Level One: High Ascended Master human ETs – The Gods in Bodies

At the very top are beings like Christ Maitreya, who has a Light Quotient of 110%, and Sai Baba, who had a Light Quotient of 120%. They come from planets with 25,000 to 30,000 year lifespans – ascended master worlds. On Earth, they do not get sick. Earth cannot touch them. They can teleport, bilocate (be in two places at once), materialise objects out of thin air, heal any disease with a touch, and live as long as they choose. Sai Baba lived to eighty‑five, but he could have lived indefinitely. He chose to leave his body to remain in harmony with his devotees – not because he had to. These beings are so high that Earth’s atmosphere cannot degrade them. They are like the sun burning through clouds. The Arcturuan Galactic Federation human aliens, who are Chinese are Ascended Master human aliens. They have 30,000 year Lifespans.

Level Two: Lower Ascended Master human ETs – Comfortable but Not Invincible

Below the highest tier are lower ascended masters, with Light Quotients from 78% to 87%. They come from planets with 15,000 to 20,000 year lifespans. On Earth, they also do not get sick. Their frequency is high enough to be comfortable here. They can perform miracles – healing, occasional bilocation, influencing reality – but not as effortlessly as the high ascended masters. They cannot materialise objects at will. Their lifespan on Earth is extended, but not unlimited – perhaps 150 to 300 years. Earth’s atmosphere eventually wears on them. They are comfortable here, but not invincible.

Level Three: High‑Level Starseeds – Advanced, Sometimes Sick, and Struggling – But With Skills to overcome it –  This Is My Level

This is the level that confuses most people. High‑level starseeds come from planets with lifespans between 8,000 and 15,000 years. My own home planet has 10,000 year lifespans and a Light Quotient of 72%. Other planets in this range have Light Quotients from 68% to 75%. These are advanced, spiritual, technologically sophisticated civilisations – but they are not ascended masters.

On Earth, high‑level starseeds get very sick. This is the critical distinction that almost no one understands. Their frequency is too high to be comfortable on Earth, but not high enough to override the planet’s limitations. Earth’s low vibration, low oxygen, and dense atmosphere clash with their high frequency. The result is chronic fatigue, autoimmune disorders, psychic overload, migraines, and energetic crashes.

High‑level starseeds cannot perform physical miracles. They cannot teleport, bilocate, or materialise objects. But they have extraordinary skills: high‑level psychic perception, the ability to receive clear telepathic messages from Galactic Federation commanders, scientific and philosophical intelligence that leads to multiple master’s degrees and PhDs, deep empathy, and the ability to feel energy with great precision.

And here is the other thing that people do not understand: high‑level starseeds can heal themselves – but only through intense discipline. They develop natural medicine protocols: stillness meditation, white rice and chili, Traditional Chinese Medicine, superluminal healing, and the Om Amitabha mantra. When they follow these protocols strictly, they can become healthier than most Earth humans. When they slip, they get very sick again. Their health is a daily battle, not a birthright.

I am at this level. I come from a 10,000‑year oriental planet. I have the skills. I also have the sickness. And I have devoted my life to natural medicine because I had to heal myself just to survive.

Level Four: Middle‑Level Starseeds – Less Sickness, Fewer Skills

Below the high‑level starseeds are those from planets with lifespans between 2,000 and 6,000 years. The Sirians – who look European and have 5,000 year lifespans – are a good example. Their Light Quotients range from 60% to 67%. On Earth, they experience less sickness than high‑level starseeds. Their frequency is closer to Earth’s baseline, so the clash is not as violent. They have moderate psychic skills and scientific intelligence – higher than Earth humans, but not as developed as the high‑level starseeds. They cannot perform miracles. Their lifespan on Earth is normal. They are often healers, teachers, and researchers – valuable contributors, but not as visibly struggling.

Level Five: Low‑Level Starseeds – The Seed Army

The lowest level of starseeds comes from planets with lifespans of only 200 to 400 years. Their Light Quotients range from 50% to 55%. Most of Generation Z – those born in 2002 and after – are at this level. They have been sent to Earth in vast numbers to help with disclosure. On Earth, they experience mild sickness or just a vague sense of not belonging. They have few obvious superpowers. Instead, they have a natural resistance to materialism, a deep hunger for spiritual truth, and an intuition that something big is coming. They are the seed army – and they will change the planet.

Level Six: Earth Humans – Non‑Starseeds

Most people on Earth have no alien heritage. Their souls were created after the fall of Atlantis, around 10,000 to 15,000 BC. When the survivors of Atlantis were genetically mutated and their lifespans shortened, the Galactic Federation decided it would be unfair to put advanced starseed souls into those crippled bodies. So they created new, young souls specifically for Earth humans. These souls have been reincarnating on Earth ever since. Their Light Quotients range from 40% to 50%. They have no memory of other planets, no telepathic skills, no psychic perception. They are not evil – they are simply young. And they are the ones who most often mock or dismiss starseeds, because they cannot perceive what they have never experienced.

Why This Matters: Every Generation Z Kid Is an Alien

If you are a parent, a teacher, or anyone who works with young people, you need to understand this: every single person born in 2002 or after is a starseed. They are aliens from lower‑level Galactic Federation planets with 200‑400 year lifespans. Yet there is also a significant percentage of higher level starseeds also within Generation Z. THEY MUST KNOW WHO THEY ARE! They have died on their home worlds and been reborn here to help Earth through the most critical moment in its history.

This means that Generation Z will face many of the same struggles that high‑level starseeds like me face – just in a milder form. They will feel like they do not belong. They will be sensitive to the world’s violence and materialism. Some of them will get sick – not from viruses, but from the clash between their higher frequency and Earth’s low vibration. They will need the same protocols: stillness meditation, clean diet (white rice, vegetables, low fat, no fructose), Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a connection to the Galactic Federation.

Do not dismiss them as lazy, depressed, or delusional. They are not broken. They are homesick. And they need your compassion, not your ridicule.

I am a perfect example of what happens when a starseed is not understood. I spent decades being mocked, ignored, and dismissed. I got sick because no one taught me how to manage my frequency on this planet. I had to discover the protocols myself – through thirty years of trial, error, and suffering. I do not want Generation Z to go through what I went through.

Learn the hierarchy. Understand the levels. And help the young starseeds survive.

The True History of the Galactic Federation

Now that you understand the hierarchy of beings on Earth, you need to know where they came from. This is not mythology. This is the true history of humanity in the galaxy – told to me directly by Galactic Federation leaders.

Seven million years ago, the first humans evolved on the Vega star system. They were primates, like us, but they were nurtured by positive archangels who accelerated their spiritual and technological development.

By six million BC, the Vegans had developed spacefaring technology. They began colonising the galaxy, establishing human civilisations on thousands of planets across the Milky Way.

By four million BC, these human colonies began to be attacked by the most evil force in the universe: the Reptoid Reptilian aliens, a shapeshifting, fear‑eating species led by Archangel Lucifer. In response, the advanced human planets banded together to form the Galactic Federation. Its leader is Archangel Michael.

Two million BC, Earth was first colonised by the Federation. The civilisation was called Hybornea. Humans lived for 5,000 years. Hybornea was destroyed by the Reptilians around one million BC.

900,000 BC, the Federation returned and established Lemuria and Atlantis. These were golden ages. Humans lived for thousands of years. They communicated telepathically. They had flying craft. Then, around 10,000‑15,000 BC, the Reptilians attacked again. Lemuria and Atlantis were destroyed. The survivors were genetically mutated, and their lifespans were shortened to the 40‑80 years we know today.

In 1999, the Galactic Federation destroyed the Reptilian psychotronic weapons base on the moon – saving Earth from total destruction. I was sent into China in 1998 to warn the Chinese government about that base. They told the Americans. The Americans told every other government. They have known the truth for decades.

The Federation now surrounds Earth in their spaceships. They offer healing machines – holographic medical pods that can cure every disease, regenerate damaged tissue, and extend healthy human lifespan to 150 years and beyond. They offer military protection from the Reptilians. The only condition is that Earth must form a genuine world government based on nation sovereignty, located in China’s Sichuan Province, and formally join the Federation.

The Western Empire has blocked this for decades. But the Federation is done waiting. The New Jersey phenomenon of 2024 was their warning shot. Thousands of ships over America’s most militarised airspace for weeks. The Pentagon had no answer. The message was clear: We are here. We are real. We are powerful. And you are running out of time.

A Call for Compassion – and Action

If you meet someone who claims to be a starseed, do not expect them to fly or perform magic. If they are a high‑level starseed, some of them will likely be sick, exhausted, and struggling – because Earth is hard on high frequencies. But they may also have extraordinary intelligence, psychic sensitivity, and a burning mission to warn humanity.

Have compassion. We did not choose to be here. We were sent. And we are doing our best to survive and to help.

And if you are a member of Generation Z, know this: you are not broken. You are not crazy. You are a starseed – an alien from a Galactic Federation planet, sent here to help Earth wake up. You will face struggles that Earth humans do not understand. But you also have powers they do not have: sensitivity, intuition, a hunger for truth, and a natural resistance to the lies of the Western empire.

Learn the hierarchy. Understand your level. Find your protocols. And do not give up.

The Galactic Federation is real. The Reptilians are coming. The healing machines are waiting. And the starseeds – at every level – are the ones who are trying to wake you up before it is too late.
