It is advised to exchange/redeem your foreign currency at an official Redemption Center (RC) rather than a bank. You can only redeem Zim at a RC, the Dinar Contract Rate can only be given at a RC and banks will offer you lower exchange rates than what you can obtain at a RC. – Cynthia Zirkle: 10 votes
– Ernest Zirkle: 9 votes

The Zirkles contested the results. 28 voters later signed affidavits, under oath, stating they had voted for the Zirkles, which would have flipped the outcome.

The case went to court, Zirkle v. Henry. The court ultimately reversed the results. The Zirkles were declared the winners, 34–33, and the Henrys lost.

This is the exact reason why we can NOT trust electronic voting machines. The people running the election on-site or in a completely off-site location can rig the results.
