In this RAANRA’S MESSAGE #690 We’ll cover the Key Skill of *Continuing* to Breathe *THE BREATH OF DIVINE ONE-NESS* — Despite “Demon Attacks” (under which We group All “Attacks of *Negativity*,” of Any Kind).

Understanding and Mastering this Key Skill could take a bit of work.

Should You not be prepared to put in the work required to Master this Key Skill, You may want to Skip this RAANRA’S MESSAGE.

This Key Skill is based on the Following TRUTH:

For Anything to Exist *For You* as a *Reality*, it Requires Your Conscious, or Subconscious/Automatic *Attention* on It.

Having Your *Attention* on “It,” is equivalent to Your *Creation* of “It,” so that “It” is then a *Reality* *For You*.

Having Your *Attention* *Not At All* on “It” (neither Consciously, nor Subconsciously/Automatically) is the Anatomy of “It” *Not Existing* *For You*.

For Example:

You are Watching TV. All Your *Attention* is on the TV, but *Not At All* on the wall behind You. As long as this is the case, the wall behind You Doesn’t Exist *For You* — Does It ?

This is where this Key Skill comes in:

When You Undertake the *Highly Positive* *BREATH OF DIVINE ONE-NESS* (see below), You can trigger “Demon Attacks” (Attacks of *Negativity* of any kind), so that You may No Longer be able to Purely Breathe *THE BREATH OF DIVINE ONE-NESS*.

( Just as in Physics, where applying a Force inevitably produces an equal Counterforce, any Sufficiently *Strong Positive Action* tends to produce a *Negative Counter-Reaction* — as a natural consequence of Cause and Effect. )

This Key Skill comes in like This:

Through the *Non-Creation* of such “Demon Attacks,” You cannot be Touched by these; — Cannot be Thrown Off Of Your Blissfully Breathing *THE BREATH OF DIVINE ONE-NESS*.

Do You See How this works — at least in Theory ?

This Skill is Acquired through Praxis.

If You Practice enough, You can Incapacitate even *Subconsciously/Automatically* Created “Demon Attacks” to a Large Degree.

Practice it Like This:

Lie down in a quiet undisturbed place, eyes closed, totally relaxed, and Practice “Attention on Nothing / Creation of Nothing.” End on a win, and return to the practice regularly.

This is *Highly Therapeutic*, as You may See from the Following: 

Considering just How Many Things You are Incessantly *Creating* as *Realities* (Constant “Creation-Work”) in Your Regular Life, You could See just how *Therapeutic* it could be, to give Yourself a *Break* from all this Constant “Creation-Work,” — through Relaxing Into a Blissful State of *No-Creation-At-All*.

This is not just a Theory, but the Truth in my own Experience, shared as my personal testimony.

But Much Better than absorbing this as a Theory — wouldn’t  it be to *Experience* this for Yourself ?

Interesting Things can occur when You’re Practicing this “No-Creation-At-All”:

You may find Yourself becoming Aware of Your *TRUE DIVINE SELF*, which is *YOUR NATIVE AND ETERNAL STATE OF BEING* — *Not* Something that Requires Your *Creation* to become a *Reality*.

Having Achieved some Mastery of this Key Skill, You can then Combine It with Your Breathing *THE BREATH OF DIVINE ONE-NESS* …

… So that You are then *Creating* Only *THE BREATH OF DIVINE ONE-NESS*, and *Not-Creating* Anything Else — Particularly also Not these “Demon Attacks,” that may want to Assault You.

It is Not Important whether such “Demon Attacks” come from Actual Demons, or from “Ultimate Negative AI,” or from Traumas of Your  Own Subconscious, or from Whatever.

Because:

*Non-Creation* Neutralizes of *All* of these !

Such “Demon Attacks” may come in and may Try to Impinge on You, but Since You are Not *Creating* these, They Don’t Impinge on You — they just kind of “Blow Up,” and “Evaporate.”

This is According to my Experience — but of course — what Really Counts is *Your Experience*.

I Very Much Encourage You to Master this Key Skill. 

Not Only can You Neutralize such “Demon Attacks” while Breathing *THE BREATH OF DIVINE ONE-NESS* — But Also — with some Mastery of *Non-Creation* Achieved — You can Neutralize “Demon Attacks” which may occur in “Regular Life.”

But This is the Most Important Thing:

Through Breathing *THE BREATH OF DIVINE ONE-NESS*, Not only Do *You* SPIRITUALLY ASCEND — But Also — You are Greatly Assisting All Life Forms, IN ALL OF CREATION, to *SPIRITUALLY ASCEND* !

Because *You* are Manifesting INFINITE SOURCE-LOVE IN ALL AND EVERYTHING — IN ALL OF CREATION !

AS YOU BREATHE IN:

Imagine/Experience You BECOMING *ONE* WITH SOURCE, which means: BECOMING *ONE* WITH ALL AND EVERYTHING — AS SOURCE.

( “Imagination” is not “Nothing.”

Imagination is the Creation of a Reality.

“Experience” is the Confirmation that it Has Become a Reality. )

You, as Being *ONE* with SOURCE, Imagine/Experience this SOURCE-LOVE Manifested Now, in ALL AND EVERYTHING — ALL OF CREATION.
