How can this happen? Since Nov. 2019 America has been functioning under an interim Military Law government headed by President Trump. SCOTUS has no authority under a War Time President.

As of May 2025 the country began switching from Maritime Law to Common Law.

On May 16, 2025 Trump signed GESARA into law, marking the beginning of the greatest financial and political shift in modern history.

As of the Wed. 1 Oct. 2025 the privately run by foreign bankers US Inc, had been de-funded because Congress failed to pass a budget. Since then all but essential services were functioning inside the government.

Meanwhile, Trump legally put a Restored Republic in place that was based on the original concepts of the Constitution. Since 2016 Trump had been gathering gold reserves that had been stolen from America by the Deep State Cabal, including 650 plane loads of gold from beneath the Vatican. The privately owned by foreign bankers US Inc.’s Federal Reserve had until Fri. 17 Oct. 2025 to pay back to the American people with gold/asset-backed currency, their over $38 trillion in debt. They failed to do such. Therefore, the US Inc. Corporation government was considered permanently closed.

For years President Trump has warned that the fiat dollar was an instrument of Globalist control. Trump has spent years uniting nations so they could reinstate gold/asset-backed currencies at a 1:1 to each other and thereby rescue sovereignty to the nations.

That Plan has necessitated destroying the S---n worshiping Central Banking Cartel and ending the Illuminati’s IMF, BIS and World Economic Forum’s counterfeit financing. It involved resurrecting sound money around the World so as to rebuild economies founded in concepts of the original Constitution – Sovereign nations that functioned under God.
