When Obama gets before a specified proper DOJ judge or Military Tribunal for his accused charges Obama may claim ‘Qualified Immunity’ right from the start having it to be thrown out immediately.
This then comes to SCOTUS as a witness to determine if the Pierson v. Ray (1967) Supreme Court case is Constitutional in the first place, so Trump can call Chief Justice Roberts to the stand and see if SCOTUS will rule in Obama’s favor or not.
So SCOTUS would be on the line as SCOTUS would be going up against a third party of the USA in leadership as if SCOTUS ruled in favor of Obama, Trump can take all of SCOTUS down the tubes and hold them for treason as well.
But then if Chief Justice Roberts rules in favor of Trump then they would have to go in session immediately and toss out the Pierson v. Ray case and every other case that is now pending on this as law enforcement cannot have it back them up anymore.
But then again if Congress wanted to get involved then Speaker Johnson would have to get Congress back in session and see if they want to rule on this ASAP to rule one way or another and halt Trump or SCOTUS from making any rulings or Trump takes them down too.
How is that way of thinking and one way Trump can get the highest court in the land to go to Common Law?
