Humans were never genetically held back by galactic beings or Elohim.
It’s the opposite.
Modern humans were upgraded by Galactic Federation from less evolved, pre-human species.
They have remained with us to protect us from outside threats, and from completely destroying ourselves.
Long after humans were upgraded by GF and distributed as distinct races around the planet, the dark forces who rebelled against GF arrived to play “God”.

These traitors altered one lineage of chosen people, which became the story of Adam and Eve. They pretended to be two sides, God and S---n. They divided humans into tribes and provoked wars.
The new genetically altered humans were taller, with blue eyes and elongated heads, and they lived longer lives. They were worshiped by other humans. They became pharaohs and royalty, and the Tribes of Israel.
They eventually blended in with the population and are not relevant to us anymore.
The truth is, the entire human species was saved from extinction by Galactic Federation and put on a fast track for ascension. The dark forces were allowed to deceive us with lies but the course of human history has been under human control.
The prison was always psychological.
Galactic Federation manages our timelines.
We’re not arbitrarily switching timelines every few months, and timelines aren’t affected by CERN.
This level of planning can’t be predicted or affected by humans.
We’re on the optimum path to the Shift, as determined by Elder Ikai.
