I seem to have got off pretty lightly. Alexander said some people would eat more, some would eat less. I am more hungry than usual. Ear-ringing is getting even louder. I am bored, actually. That is one of my main ‘symptoms’. 3D life isn’t holding my attention enough anymore. I enjoy what I enjoy, then…meh.
I am learning to appreciate with gratitude the 5D situations/people in my life. My weekly AA group is populated with stellar long term sobriety. There is a wealth of wisdom shared amid a great deal of laughter. The meeting is a high point in my week.
I love this blog. I love all you readers – the comments, the emails, the cloud pics. Every single positive uplifting kind connection you make with me lifts my spirits. Please know how much joy you all bring into my life.

Kathy from Canberra and a friend were blessed with a visit from several rainbow cloudships. The pics are quite stunning. I love the last one – it looks as if the ship has a baby in its tummy! Here is her description of what happened…
