Is this what Trump will be doing without knowing it is happening? Trump wants foreign corporations to come to America and build their own businesses and factories here, but someone else here has to move away.
Trump may be forcing people to move into smart cities for foreigners to come to America and use our land and the foreigners get the tax breaks and not We The People.
In this video a parish wants to use 25 square miles for ‘Industrial Development’ for a foreign corporation with residents presently living there and the parish wants them to move out, but there is still no corporation lined up that wants to move there, just an expectation someone wants the land and the parish makes some money off of it.

Steve mentions it has already gone to SCOTUS in a previous case where the people lost with a 5-4 decision in favor of the corporation, but in the end the factory was never built, yet the people still had to move out. So if this now does go to court then the people may lose out again as precedent was made.
Now here they are in the beginning stages with the parish owning 290 square miles and focusing on where the people live to then kick them out.
In comparison the 25 square miles is almost half the size of Topeka, Kansas, the state capital. The 17,000 acres is bigger than the island of Manhattan, which is 14,600 acres. Bye, Bye NYC!
