All Law Enforcement are to take an Oath to the United States Constitution, but most likely 75 % of them don’t even know how many Amendments are in the Bill of Rights and what they actually are as they just go by their own police policy, which many times of course it has to go to higher courts to dispute which is superior.
One known fact is like in NYC, or the state itself, is that the local laws supersede the 2nd Amendment and anyone that fights it just goes to jail.
In some videos when the defendant claims their rights are being violated some officers state they do not care what the Constitution says, and if it goes to court for a lawsuit the Law Enforcement most likely wins per the SCOTUS ruling of ‘Qualified Immunity.’
Trump in 2024 for his presidential campaign he was pushing to have a law put in place for no one could prosecute the police, and in fact someone reported recently that Trump made an executive order to that fact which then backs up the SCOTUS ruling of ‘Qualified Immunity’ and makes the USA a police state as We The People cannot sue Law Enforcement for any of the violations of Law and the US Constitution that they commit!
Maybe there should be a law issued for an exam to be taken for Law Enforcement to pass that they must know all about the US Constitution as well as their own state’s Constitution like for lawyers / attorneys taking the BAR exam.
Maybe it should start at the governing bodies that pass the laws like Congress and the states’ legislators, then move down to any of the agencies that oversee each Law Enforcement agency starting at the top of chain of command and work down to make sure the top levels know what is coming and they are qualified and even work into the DOJ for all judges to know for sure.
If they don’t take the exam within 30 days of notice they are kicked out of office or terminated, and if Congress does not want to pass this Law or Trump does not want to make an EO then they are kicked out by We the People and it does not need to be a proposition to be passed as they are required by the US Constitution to know what it actually says.

The original 13th Amendment would be there as the primary Amendment, Titles of Nobility Act, to kick out any of those that were lawyers or are now still dual citizens.
Many cases are dismissed based on the ‘reasonable articulable suspicion’ of probable cause was never made and 911 calls are just hearsay and cannot be for the only just cause because someone else says so as proof must be made and if that witness does not want to come forward at that time then there cannot be an arrest made.
Have you also seen that if Law Enforcement made some type of error then it is looked over by their own agency or associated groups which they pat each other on the back as many come out with no violations were made.
Thus a law must be made on this that We The People are to determine, like in a grand jury, of what violations and what sentences are to be made and not let those officers get off with resigning and going to another department or just getting probation, when in fact any of us would get a real harsh sentence for the same acts so there really isn’t Equal Rights in America when we have a police state.
If all of Trump’s EOs are still in place in the Re-inhabited ‘Republic for the united States of America’ then we are not truly in a Republic as it is only Trump’s own Republic as it is under US Military rule while he is Commander-in-Chief.
Executive Orders only came about when President Lincoln claimed Martial Law where EO # 100 was the first one and no prior president issued an EO, thus since 1861 we have been under Martial Law and we cannot be there with a Republic.
