“How to Raise Your Own VIBRATION Through ‘CONVENTIONAL MEANS,’ Whether You Are Already of HIGH VIBRATION, or Impinged By ‘DARKNESS,’ Or ‘PSYCHIC ATTACKS’.”

These are “VIBRATION ENHANCING THINGS,” that People are Generally Familiar With: 

Living an Ethical Life that comes as Close as Possible to “The GREATEST GOOD FOR ALL,” Having a Valuable Purpose and Making Headway Towards Achieving It, Doing Spiritual Work that Increases Others’ and Your VIBRATION, Meditation, Making Others Happy, Service to Others, Doing a Job that is Humanitarian in Nature and that You Really Love To Do, Good Company, Loving Environment, Nature, Doing Things You Enjoy, Healthy Lifestyle, Exercise, Good Food, Staying Away from Such Things as GMOs, Highly Processed Food, Sugar (as much as possible), Sodas, Fluoridated Water or Toothpaste, Rancid Oils, Drugs, Etc, Get Sufficient Sleep, Relaxing, Reading a Good Book, Listening to Great Music, Etc.

You Could Take this List and Add to it; — Anything You could Think Of that Would Further Increase Others’ And Your VIBRATION.

And Implement As Many of these Things, – and As Efficiently As Possible.

And then, You Could Keep On Expanding and Refining  Such a List, Observing How Things Are Going, and JUST KEEP ENHANCING OTHERS’ AND YOUR VIBRATION.
