Judge tells the President what he can or cannot do.
Every time a “talking head” makes noise it seems to be that another judge has blocked an action of the President or his team. Please, tell me, what Division is the President in? Is it the “Executive Division”? What Division is the judge in? Is it the Judicial Division? In order for a judge to block an Executive Decision he/she would have to “migrate” into a different Division, right? Please read the second paragraph below and tell me how it can be. Will someone please inform our Executive Division to put the judges back in a box.
According to Dunn & Bradstreet every court is a “for profit” corporation. Every “judge” is an Agent for such corporation and a corporation itself in fact. Now, please read below.
19 C.J.S. Sections 884 of Chapter XVIII, Foreign Corporations – – Section 884. Status
“A corporation exists only in contemplation of law, and by force of law, and where that law ceases to operate, the corporation can have no existence. A state cannot impose one of its artificial creatures on another sovereignty nor confer on its corporators powers which they can lawfully exercise beyond its jurisdiction. Rather, it must dwell in the place of its creation, and cannot migrate to another sovereignty.” [Judges: stay the hell in your box.]
Now enters: COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY EXCEPTION. Black’s Law Dictionary, Seventh, states: the – term “commercial-activity exception” means: “An exemption from the rule of sovereign immunity, permitting a claim against a foreign state if the claim arises from private acts undertaken by the foreign state, as opposed to the state’s public acts.” Come back to this COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY EXCEPTION in every facet of your struggles. Don’t lose sight of it.
[FRNs are Private Script; moneys of exchange are Private Script; thus, charging or receiving fees “payable” in Private Script is a private act by a foreign state – plain and simple! Herein (acceptance and use of Federal Reserve Notes or anything convertible to FRNs) causes the “court” to loose in personam jurisdiction.] [Every “license” was paid for with Federal Reserve Notes, or their convertible equivalent.]

Did you demand that I address this court (the Judge) as “your Honor?” Black’s Law Dictionary, 4th edition, under the word Honor defines the term “Office of Honor” which says “As used in constitutional and statutory provisions, this term denotes a public office of considerable dignity and importance, to which important public trusts or interests are confided, but which is not compensated by any salary or fees, being thus contrasted with an “office of profit.” End quote. (I won’t get into the “Slush Fund” in this document, your “Profit.”) (5 USC 3331 calls this an “office of profit.”)
