Chef Pete discusses the pandemic and how most of what we are hearing might not be the truth. Chef Pete talks about how we need to start becoming healthy again. Chef Pete goes on to say that we need to get back to the basics, most of the food that is sold in the markets is filled with chemicals. We need to start with the children and educate them on good eating habits and have them understand what food is nutritious and which food is not.
