Kim Clement was the first prophet to speak of Donald J. Trump becoming President — back in 2007. He began by describing him and what his presidency would be like and how he would awaken the growing constituency which would form his movement. Before Clement could name him, he said that gold was associated with his name. And we know Trump likes a lot of things in gold, especially his name!
Later on, he named Trump specifically and then prophesized too many things to list here that then came to pass. I know there are very many false prophets out there, far more than the real ones, but to those interested in these things, it’s more or less agreed that Kim Clement is the sine qua non of modern day prophets.
In one of his prophecies he spoke of 2027. He was speaking to how incredible a moment of history it would be, a revolutionary time of healing technology and prosperity. He then said what is in this quote — but briefly sobbed and had to hold himself back. Perhaps he sensed then that he would indeed not be there to see it.
Clement did witness Donald Trump win the 2016 election against all odds. For that I am grateful. He wrote a letter to Trump and he wanted to hand deliver it to him. Plans had been made for Clement to visit Donald Trump at Trump Tower in New York, and other evangelical figures like Lance Wallnau were scheduled to attend. However, Clement missed the meeting because he suffered a stroke and was hospitalized (he later died in November 2016). Donald Trump has since referenced and shared Clement’s prophetic recordings on social media.
This is the letter Clement wrote for then president-elect Trump:
“Napoleon Hill wrote: ‘Every adversity carries in us a seed of an equal or greater benefit.’ If we should always rock in the cradle of prosperity; if we were always dandled on the knees of prosperity; if we did not have some stain on the alabaster pillar; if we had not some bitter drops in the wine of this life, we would become intoxicated with pleasure. God ordered this present season of defiance, hatred, conflict and demoralization to usher in a season of bounty.
The river of His bounty is ever flowing and the wellspring is constantly overflowing. You are not John – you are Joseph. Joseph, who driven from his own to find prosperity through adversity and accusation, was being prepared to be a King. But his ultimate goal was to gather the tribes of Israel around him to deliver them from the oppression of slavery through starvation. Their desire is to starve and isolate My people until they are reliant on the ostentatious oppressors. God has ordained that the Cross of trouble should be engraved on every vessel of honor as the royal insignia distinguishing the King’s vessel of honor.
