When is it going to be that First Amendment Auditors can officially stop what they are doing as law enforcement and other government officials are held accountable, especially when Qualified Immunity is gone?
Yes, it is important that First Amendment Auditors continue to do their work, but Trump needs to let all of them and We The People know that the government is there to serve We The People and the SCOTUS decision on Qualified Immunity is gone!
In Pierson v. Ray (1967), the Supreme Court first “justified qualified immunity as a means of protecting government defendants from financial burdens when acting in good faith in legally murky areas. Qualified immunity was necessary, according to the Court, because ‘policeman’s lot is not so unhappy that he must choose between being charged with dereliction of duty if he does not arrest when he had probable cause, and being mulcted in damages if he does.'”
If you did not know is that SCOTUS made Qualified Immunity a law and set precedent for it, which they have no jurisdiction to make law.
All this RV, QFS, GCR, EBS, NESARA and R&R payouts is important along with the shutdown of the three letter agencies, primarily the IRS, SSA and the FED for our funding, but there are other things that need to be done in the mean time to move along with this so the First Amendment Auditors can do their work and release it to the public.
You may have seen the judge in Texas that has videos on the internet of his cases, but it is primarily on the ‘Probable Cause’ issue where he throws many cases out due to police not having any PC, yet just a false arrest for some lawsuits to come about.
Hopefully Trump will get there as no present Justice was around to rule on this as they were not with Roe v. Wade yet over turned that case, so they set precedent then to now overturn Pierson v. Ray.
