DETAINED v. SEIZED

Cop Watchers, Activists, and Auditors,

DETAINED is not a word found in the 4th Amendment. SEIZED is the word found in the 4th Amendment. If the cop does not say you are SEIZED he is deceiving you into surrendering your rights with a lie. The SCOTUS has certified that cops are liars. Once SEIZED you have no obligation to provide EVIDENCE (License / ID) under the 5th Amendment. You may be “lawfully arrested” but that Statute (Color of Law) does not suspend the 5th Amendment or Constitution. To make a SEIZURE the cop needs Probable Cause, to Detain you the cop needs to LIE. Reasonable Articulable Suspicion (RAS) is also missing from the 4th Amendment, and again the cops and courts are deceiving you. Cops and Courts get away with this, because no one challenges them. K--------g is a Felony.

Ask the cop; “Are you seizing me?” If he says; “NO” or equivocates, ask him; “Am I free to go?” Keep asking until he seizes you or lets you go. If he seizes you, invoke the 5th Amendment including withholding License / ID because you are not obligated to TESTIFY against yourself with document provided by the Private Municipal State.

State issued License / ID does not identify YOU, it identifies what the State is claiming you are; Person, Corporation, Ward of the State, Slave, DEAD, Commodity, Private Chattel Property, etc.

NOTE: You will likely be taken to jail (k-------d), because cops do not know or obey the law (Constitution). Cops enforce Private Municipal Policy (Fascism) in violation of their Oath, Constitution, and Law. This practice is Treason. Treason and k--------g carries the death penalty.

You are dealing with Luciferians, not Peace Officers.

The 4th Amendment has no provision for: Detention, Officer Safety, Failure to ID, Well-being, Reasonable Articulable Suspicion, Community Care-taking, Search subject to arrest, Exigent Circumstances, Pat-down, Pain Compliance, Taser, Deadly Force, K--------g, Human T---------g, No Knock Warrant, Dogs, Wrong Address, Policing, Investigation, Inspection, Inventory, random search, Immunity, Traffic Stops, Fascism, Trespass, Slave Catching, etc. The only Practice condoned in the 4th Amendment; “is seizure pursuant to a warrant, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” (The word “upon” means “probable cause” comes before a “seizure”.) The SCOTUS condoning these crimes is a Private British Banker owned Corporation (see D&B). Has anyone else noticed the SCOTUS has stacked a load of B.S. on top of the 4th Amendment? This practice is called “Boiling Frogs”, “Changing the Rules”, “Bait and Switch”, “Moving the Goal Posts”, or “Fraud”.
