The Private UNITED STATES
Every government office in America is in violation of the Constitution. This is possible because every government office is incorporated under Private ownership, and public tax money is privatized (laundered) before returning to fund government offices. The primary clause being violated is the Emoluments clause, which makes a crime of foreign agents holding public office.
Anyone attempting to claim Public Property or Public Services is deceived and rebelling against the Private Owners, while UNITED STATES is a Private Corporation. Anyone claiming to be a UNITED STATE (U.S.) Citizen is claiming to be the property of a Private Corporation.
Basic Concepts:
- Legal v. Lawful
- The SCOTUS ruled many years ago that a Corporation is a Legal Person (Legal Fiction / Unnatural)
- All things Natural are Lawful (Creation of Creator)
- Registration is the act of transferring Legal ownership to another
- When I register to vote, I’m transferring my vote to my representative
- When I register my car, I’m transferring Legal ownership of my car to the State (I retain equitable title)
- When I register my corporation, I am transferring my company to the State in return for Limited Liability (Protection Racket)
- What form of government is America
- Ben Franklin was asked; “What is it?” he replied; “It’s a Republic, if you can keep it.”
- Benito Mussolini was asked; “What is Fascism?” he replied; “Corporatism.”
- Voting is a democratic practice, but it does not make a nation a democracy
- A Democracy is Mob Rule. America has many Mobs; Democrats, Republicans, Communists, Satanists, P--------s, FBI, IRS, CIA, DOJ, DEA, DHS, etc
- Public v. Private
- Public is when a thing is owned or funded by the people of America
- Private is when a thing is owned or funded by an independent person or interest
- Dun & Bradstreet (D&B)
- D&B is a Credit Bureau of Corporations
- The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) is listed on D&B as a Private Corporation (Fascism)
- Federal Reserve Counterfeiting Cartel
Up until January 20, 2017 America remained a Private Fascist Enterprise. Owned and operated by three city state; Vatican City, City of London, and District of Columbia. As these three cities are fascist, and District of Columbia is foreign to America, UNITED STATES is a Fascist Foreign Corporation. America went from Republic to Private Fascist Corporation with the 1871 Act of England. When Ulysses S. Grant gifted America and it’s residents to British Bankers to settle Civil War Debt, by signing the District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871. All Corporations and Government offices in America are Registered under the Foreign Corporation District of Columbia.
All moneys paid to the private collection agency called the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) are sent to the Bank of England, The Bank of England takes a 40% cut of the money. The other 60% is forwarded to the Vatican Bank. In this way all money paid to the IRS are laundered into Private hands. All UNITED STATES services are paid from by Private Fascist Interests. Nothing of our government is Public. Only the illusion of Public is maintained to keep the public from noticing the change. I assume this is why the UNITED STATES Fasci is covered by leaves (see images below).

Every American with a Birth Certificate or Social Security Number (Federal Reserve Bank Account) is Registered as Private State Property. This is why government employees always want to see License / ID that informs them we are Private State Property (Ward of the State). Wards of the State (Chattel Property) have no Rights, we have Civil Rights. Civil Rights are the rights of Slaves. Civil Rights are Privileges. You need permission to Drive, but Travel is an Unalienable Right.
