If there is no injured party and if there is no one available so you can “face your accuser”, then there is no crime. Yes, you have the Right to face your accuser. So, the common statement that, “We got a complaint” does not hold water. That’s almost as bad as, “I smelled an unidentifiable substance (pot)”. Corruption within the police sector of government has reached paramount levels. Identity Theft is always their “gateway” to stealing your substance (money). That’s why they must I.D. you.
I must state that I am not against a strong police force if they do what we hired them to do, namely halt and arrest criminals and leave the Rightful Traveler alone. The Traveler is not an agent in commerce. I can show you laws and hundreds of cases proving that.
The Police Officer explains that your signature is merely an acknowledgment that you received a copy of the citation, but in actuality, your signature is notification to the Court and Judge that you have accepted or consented to this offer to CONTRACT, which also grants the Judge CONSENT; PERSONAM and SUBJECT MATTER jurisdiction over you and the case!
You can cancel that CONTRACT however by rescinding your consent. The Federal Truth in Lending Act provides that any party to a contract may rescind his consent within three business days of entering into such a contract. So across the face of the citation you should print or type in large print, the following words: I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS OFFER TO CONTRACT and I DO NOT CONSENT TO THESE PROCEEDINGS.
Sign in front of a Notary (agent for the Secretary of State) and under your signature write: “Without prejudice or All Rights Reserved, UCC 1-308.” This is another way to declare that you may not be held responsible for this Contract pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code. Serve Cancelled Citation back to the Clerk of the Court, along with a Certificate of Service, by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested. This k---s the citation and removes your CONSENT and removes the JURISDICTION of the Court, all at the same time. It really is that simple!
The above may be your first choice of action. However, if you encounter any difficulties in doing this, follow the next course. This action will cost the police and may teach a valuable lesson. Most police (today) are nothing more than a glorified Hall Monitor with the attitude of a 3rd Grade bully. I have found my statement about the bully to be true.

Your traffic ticket is called “a Ticket In Commerce” because money is going to change hands. This “device” (Ticket In Commerce) has become the spoon of the feeding frenzy that has fed the CRIMINAL CORRECTION INDUSTRY, the fraud that is connected to every major corporate connection in the world through the corrupt judicial department. Yes, it’s Big Money, VERY BIG MONEY, and it’s dirty, too.
Here’s the scenario to help you understand. If someone wants to buy something and they don’t have the money you can “co-sign” for them. That means that if they don’t pay for it, I have to.
Now, when the cop gives you a ticket, he signs it first. Therefore, when you sign it, you are the co-signer of the Ticket In Commerce. As the co-signer you can decide (72 hour rule, Truth In Lending Act) you don’t want to pay the ticket, so you send that ticket to the Secretary of State and they give it to the Attorney General, the Attorney General then turns it back to the cop and the cop has to pay the ticket. You wield a two-edged sword.
And, just suppose somebody (cop) impounds your car and takes it to an impound lot. The fraud that takes place here is profound. All judges, attorneys, police, politicians, etc., take the same Oath – that “no law of fact will ever be tried in court.” If they don’t have title to it, pull up a “schedule” for a “Rent-a-car”, copy it and fill out a True Bill (delivered to the Clerk of the Court). Charge them all the expenses of delivering their Rent-a-car and daily use. Your car will be delivered back to you within hours. (Stick your hand into the fire, you will get burned.)
