This may be a way for the homeless to find out about the Emergency Broadcast System as well as being set up for gaining access to their QFS Account and the tracking of the illegal immigrants.
This is what may happen and not already put in play, but it would seem to come out this way if anyone cannot work or be out on the streets at anytime.
Once the EAS/EBS is being put out then the curfew order on the streets will be everyone in their homes, but the homeless cannot go anywhere as they have no home or shelter to go to.
The EAS/EBS will only be on the TV and Radio, but the homeless can only go to a location where there is a TV to watch it for what has been stolen from them, why and how to get it back. Those that are poverty stricken or people like me that don’t have TV or good Radio reception won’t know what is going on, but just a blackout for 10 days as there is no internet for these leaks of info.
We will be under Martial Law and the US Military, states’ National Guard, US Marshals and all local law enforcement will have the same orders to force people into their homes unless they are required to be on their job for other reasons, and that is all businesses will be forced to close for the 10 days.
The curfew will only be mentioned on Telegram for those members and on the EAS/EBS itself, but those that have the normal present jobs will not know about it till everything is shut down, thus they can be arrested without notice. Yet will the local militia be called on when the Deep State will try and avoid those We The People to be out there to support the White Hats’ agenda?
Thus those law enforcement officials can arrest, in a decent manner, all the homeless people and round them up to go to certain locations already set up for them to have a home again and access to their QFS Account, but the illegal immigrants will be separated and then sent back to their own country.

This should be where the people can gather up their personal items in a van and not just what is on them like a normal arrest and then later the city just trashes all their items in a dumpster.
This should not be like with the C---D pandemic where some cities made arrests for anyone on the streets at night, per their local curfew, or going so far as to just shoot them to death to prevent them from passing on the disease.
President Biden just proclaimed 31 Mar. to be “T---------r Day of Visibility” in the United States, and that is going after all the Christian and religious morality we have, but will he also issue an Executive Order for a T---------r, with very little military experience and appointed by himself, to be a Five Star General to now be in charge of the USA, INC. Military to halt all of Trump’s Military actions including the EAS/EBS coming soon and that Five Star General is to have higher authority than the present Commander-in-Chief Trump? Anything can happen that is against the US Constitution as it has happened for 200 plus years.
“Tues. 2 April: It was rumored that Trump would initiate the Emergency Broadcast System.” We are still waiting, as will the EAS/EBS begin on this Tuesday, 2 Apr. along with our NESARA and R&R funds coming out which we will not have access to them as the banks are now shut down? This would go along with a 10 day break for; “Mon. 1 April: John F. Kennedy Jr. has officially come out of hiding and it is rumored he will announce himself to the public around Thurs. 11 April.” But this is cutting it close.
