When corrupt law enforcement have done wrong on We The People and the individual victim/s have won the court case then the settlement costs comes from the local residents and that should stop in the USA Republic.
What I mean of ‘should stop’ is the local residents should not have to pay out for what the corrupt law enforcement have done and they pay nothing except in the taxes themselves and then it may result in harsher disciplinary actions on them.
In many cases the law enforcement may have won, except for the more corrupt cases, and the individual victims have to pay up themselves due to the Qualified Immunity, established from a court case not law, of those government officials, but when the law enforcement have lost their Qualified Immunity still may be in place and their agency investigates themselves and have no charges placed on themselves yet the payout to the individual victim/s must come from somewhere and not the law enforcement of those involved.
The two level justice system is involved very much now and that must be removed and most likely will be once the USA Republic is present.
The USA Republic Patriots should have this in mind and to make sure it is a one level justice system where all law enforcement and government officials have the same penalties issued upon them as would the general public and do not get off scot-free for their corrupt actions.
The funds for when the law enforcement and government officials lose in court should come out of their own QFS Account of those involved and not the residents through taxes, but then the payout should not be tens or hundreds of millions of dollars just because the victim/s have somewhat the same amount of funds to survive on now already.
The USA Republic Patriots should take action if it is not going to be present already.
