AN IDEA (whose time has come)

We all know (or, should know) that any time your Identity (name) is written on paper, especially paper that has a “numbered” feature, that a RESULTANT TRUST is created. That Resultant Trust becomes an Adhesion Contract and bears every feature of a Contract when executed. If that named and numbered document has a signature on it (yours, or the officiating individual), it becomes that contract (of sorts) that I just mentioned. I hope you included the term, “All Rights Reserved.”

That event, regardless of signature, places you in a precarious situation. You have just exchanged information and consent to advance the machinery of “process” into the act of Identity Theft, wherein your Estate may be accessed for pillage. The “authoritative figure” (cop or agent) has exercised Powers Of Detainment to gather “information*” to promote his agenda. They will go to extremes to determine your identity. *[Information:In law, Information means; “A formal accusation of a crime made by a public officer rather than by Grand Jury Indictment”.]

Also, Blacks Law Dictionary, 6th Edition, page 1531 says, “In essence, all court decisions are based on commercial law or business law and has criminal penalties associated with it.”

HERE’S THE IDEA: How about we disconnect from the Corporate State by way of claiming our automobile, DROIT DROIT (right of title and right of possession), and remove their license plate and in its place affix our own with DND 123-45-6789? DND means, “Do Not Detain” and the 9-digit number, with dashes, is your S.S.N. that the International Monetary Fund (via Social Security Administration) assigned to you. That way, they already have your Identity.

We know (or should know) that that S.S.N. is a “pass-through” account to access YOUR Estate (Birth Bond) for pillage, theft, blackmail, etc. If a means of alert or knowing when any person or other corporate entity is attempting to access our Estate, we’d know how to justify that action or place a proper counterclaim against the oppressor. That would be a simple and effective means of preventing most Identity Theft, would it not?

According to the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917, 40 Stat 411, US citizens who are “licensed” by the President (SSN, Driver’s License, etc) are able to “discharge” debts. Of course, in 1933, this Act was amended to include US Citizens as “the enemy”. However, on page 4, it seems to imply we can still “trade”, but only if LICENSED by the President.

(a)    For any person in the United States, except with the license of the President, granted to such person, or to the enemy, or ally of enemy, as provided in this Act [sections 1 to 6, 7 to 39, and 41 to 44 of this Appendix] to trade, or attempt to trade…

How are we “licensed” by the President? Is it our Birth Certificate, SSN, EIN, or other?

After all, an Enemy under Occupation must be licensed.

All “U.S. citizens” were classified as “Enemies of the State” as made more explicit at, Public Law 94-412, 90 Stat. 1255 (1976), the state of national emergency has been officially terminated by the United States Congress, and accordingly, any and all authorities which might have permitted Civil Courts of Summary Jurisdiction (“Star Chambers”) to exist in American federal courts were also effectively terminated by said Public Law [See 42 U.S.C. 1986].

As per; article by Chuck Morse,  “Is the ‘National Emergency of FDR’ Still In Place?” “This was a classic example of sleight of hand. In fact, Congress exempted all laws, based on the emergency of 1933 that were already in place. Rather than being based on the authority of the President under a ‘national emergency’ these federal laws have now been codified as a permanent part of the U.S. Federal Code. Included among the codified laws would be Section 5(b) of the Trading with the Enemy Act, which classifies the American citizen as an enemy of the government.” Therefore, although the “national emergency” technically ended on September 14, 1976, when the 93rd Congress passed H.R. 3884, the National Emergencies Termination Act (50 USC 1601, Public Law 94-412), because the last paragraph said that it didn’t apply to any “authorities under the act of October 6, 1917, as amended,” the classification of a United States citizen still stands as enemy of the government.

There, you’ve just been exposed to the cold hard facts of life in the corporate USA. Maybe that’s the reason why your D.B.A., your EXPAT/REPAT, and your CORPORATE DENIAL are so important.

Now, don’t you think it’s time that we hold our Senators and Representatives accountable for allowing the pirating and pillaging of our Private Resources through their Weaponized Court Systems? Open that can of Whoopass and get to work.
