The attached files by Anna von Reitz are carefully presented statements of some aspects of the American situation that I had missed during my four years of trying to get all the parts together about our current global predicament (I still have many questions).
Unfortunately it seems that I am not alone in this failure to recognize our special situation. It appears that almost all of our leaders political; financial; medical; technical; educational and all the rest are similarly afflicted. It also appears that there is and has been steady and powerful criminal activity to reinforce this amnesia in all the above sectors of society!
We have not learned; recognized or remembered how those who were contracted to serve the original unincorporated US / USA government (the British for Naval protection and the Vatican for diplomatic coordination) have exceeded their designated areas of service and become rogue entities that now appear to be the body of THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.
it is not clear in current normal discussion that the original Union of States still exists and is functional. The sources of academic knowledge appear to also have missed that the Union had formed various entities to be contracted with as business ventures to act for them in the international jurisdictions. There is no common knowledge about jurisdictions and this is a tragic mistake wherever there is a possible jurisdictional conflict
Some of these special points include:
1 AMERICANS are the only people on EARTH who are not bound to serve the government from birth! (I need to research this claim!)
2 AMERICANS can be come dual Citizens by choice so that they can serve as government members. Historically this choice required some significant amount of work to become a Citizen.

2a There are several Congresses that function within Constitutions for business entities that present themselves as the American government;
2b The discussion of fair elections generally fails to reveal which jurisdiction the election is serving.
3 AMERICANS (and children of many other countries) are now subject to illegal and uninformed conversion to both British Territorial Citizenship and Vatican based – Municipal Citizenship at birth through the dual Birth Certificate system.
3a One birth certificate is signed by the mother at birth and the second follows a few days to weeks later by the County. These certificates have come to replace birth records in family Bibles.
3b These certificates become assets of the current rogue contractors to our original unincorporated government and are traded and used as security for debt instruments.
4 “The States of the Union hold concurrent general jurisdiction over all matters, soil, land, air, and water within and immediately adjoining their sea coast borders.”
There is much more detail in these three documents that would set to rest much of the angst presented in some of the current discussions on Operation Disclosure and other sites like Judicial Watch; Children’s Health Defense; Aim4Truth.org and most legal discussion sites.

The most important area for this discussion is the potential remedies. Anna has covered many of these in previous posts at annavonreitz.com so I will only point out two glaring errors common to all of the supposed public forums:
1 Shut down or recharter all of the corporations: from local towns to counties (converted during the LBJ block grant period) to States (that are now franchises of a higher jurisdiction) to the governments that have been reformed from bankruptcies that we are still paying for. Of course part of these governance entities are the agencies that proliferated during FDR’s reign.
2 Emphasis must be added that all of us who refuse to review our status and remain in the birth certificate imposed status are willingly being subjected to all of the fraud that is possible in that jurisdiction. So the issues that Ken and Barbie Cromar have faced and the claimed lawsuits from NY rogue attorneys have all been possible because the targets were all misidentified as British Territorial Citizens or Municipal Citizens and are thus subject to codes and regulations that have no validity in other jurisdictions.
3 Finally as identified above the rogue contractors which have presented their corporations as The United States or The United States of America must be recognized; identified and shut down; and the claims that Anna has made to transfer all assets of these rogue corporations back to the Americans who have been coerced into continually paying the bills of their employees. Of course this is going to involve the removal of power from some strong rogue entities that depend on wars for the rationale of having such entities. Failure to address these rogues now will guarantee enslavement of later generations.
