RESPONSE TO: (Reader: TIGER) A New Supreme Court of the US Republic
It seems that we already have constructive notice that the SCOTUS is without any color of legal or Constitutional authority. All of the functions of the 1871 coup d’état which has been set as the basis for the current National Emergency. All of those persons who assumed any office through that Coup or through any subsequent election under that false constitution should have renounced that office already and returned to his/her home of record to await a new election under the 1787-89 Constitution for the united States of America, the Republic. The deceptive corporate organization, with all its subdivisions, (corporate states) that were set up to supplant the offices of the true Republic, have already been declared bankrupt and void. It has also been declared to be a belligerent occupant and enemy of the American People. All persons continuing to assert authority in any office of those corporate enemies should be arrested immediately and held as prisoners of war, including the fake President, and cabinet, the fake Legislature and the fake States and the fake SCOTUS.
We should be at this time under a declaration of national emergency, under Martial / Military Law, and the Commander in Chief must appoint trusted officers to be the final judges of the enemy combatants, until civil elections can be held under the original Constitution for the united States of America and new civil officers elected and sworn in under that Supreme Law. The President of the Republic is required to appoint the Justices of the Supreme Court and at the present time there is no Executive Branch of government so there can be no Supreme Court until that organization is fully established and functioning.
