AMERICA’S HALFTIME SPEECH

Men and women of America,

Forget the television

Forget the headlines

Forget everybody telling you what America cannot do

Remember what America has already done

We Re-built our Republic

We are restoring farms and factories, railroads and highways, cities and skyscrapers

Many declared America’s greatest days were behind us

TRUMP PROVED THEM WRONG

And here we are again

MIDTERM ELECTIONS

For years, Americans heard:

Manufacturing isn’t coming back

Factories belong somewhere else

Growth has limits

Working families should lower their expectations

Our children must settle for less

WHO SAYS?

Who says the American worker is finished building?

Who says the American entrepreneur is finished inventing?

Who says our farmers are finished feeding?

Our engineers finished designing?

Our roughnecks finished drilling?

Our welders, machinists, electricians and builders finished creating?

ONLY FOOLS & HATERS

America wasn’t finished

America was waiting

Waiting for the gate to open

Waiting for the field to clear

Waiting for somebody to say one word:

BUILD

Build the factory

Build the refinery

Build the steel mill

Build the semiconductor plant

Build the data center

Build the power station

Build the next generation of aviation

Build things the world hasn’t imagined yet.

And above all –

BUILD THEM IN AMERICA

Progress is not our final goal

THIS GAME ISN’T OVER

2026 is halftime

And halftime isn’t where champions celebrate

It’s where champions decide what they’re going to do with the opportunity they’ve been given

Because prosperity isn’t something Washington or Trump can simply hand us

A President cannot weld the steel

Congress cannot turn the wrench

Government cannot invent tomorrow

WE HAVE TO DO THAT

The people who rise before sunrise

The people with grease on their hands

The people signing paychecks

The people earning them

The parents trying to leave their children something better

The kid in a garage tonight building something none of us understands yet

WE ARE THE ECONOMY

Not Washington

Not Wall Street

Not television

WE THE PEOPLE

And history has handed this generation something precious:

ANOTHER CHANCE

A chance to manufacture

A chance to produce

A chance to invent

A chance to lead the energy revolution

A chance to lead the supreme-intelligence revolution

A chance to make American productivity the envy of the world

A chance to build an America where prosperity isn’t something we fight over –

because prosperity is something WE CREATE

So don’t tell me America is tired

Don’t tell me our best days are behind us

And don’t tell me the mountain is too high

WE HAVE CLIMBED HIGHER MOUNTAINS THAN THIS

Americans survived depressions

Americans crossed oceans

Americans defeated tyranny

Americans built the arsenal of a constitutional republic

And now somebody is going to tell this generation that rebuilding American industry is too difficult?

That abundant energy is impossible?

That young families can’t prosper?

That blue-collar work can’t provide a great life?

That America must simply accept decline?

NO

Americans weren’t put here to surrender

WE WERE PUT HERE TO BUILD

WE WERE PUT HERE TO CREATE

So when we go out to vote

Let’s not go vote alone

Vote with determined friends

Look for someone to support

Build something

Hire somebody

Teach somebody

Invent something

Manufacture something

Start something

Fix something

Help somebody

And when somebody tells you America can’t do it –

SHOW THEM

Not with slogans

Not with insults

Not with promises

WITH RESULTS

Let millions of Americans building, producing, discovering and prospering –

TELL THE STORY.

Tell your children

Tell your neighbors

Tell the cynics

Tell the world

Tell them America wasn’t finished

AMERICA GOT BACK TO WORK

LET’S VOTE AMERICA FORWARD IN 2026
