PCR (polymerase Chain Reaction) test = DNA profiling of biological material, can be used to determine genetic alien status (non, hybrid or full). PCR test has been used for this purpose in decades past for evaluating those claiming alien abduction and applied to analysis of ancient remains (e.g. mummies) or other biological entities.
Those inspired to not be PCR tested and/or vaccinated may have already been catalogued (their genetic form already known), and their continued existence status already determined.
Depopulation agenda specific to certain types carrying undesirable/enemy alien genetics, as determined by other alien-compliant-humans, alien or hybrid groups seeking dominance.
