I am replying to your article on “Enlightenment”….because there is so much misunderstanding in western culture about the term. In fact the term only appeared in America probably in the 1930’s when Paramahansa Yogananda came to California and wrote his famous book “Autobiography of a Yogi”…which in fact was the first book I read in the 60’s that ever talked about Enlightenment.

He passed away in 1957 and about 5 years after that time the Beatles found Maharishi Mahesh yogi and he brought Transcendental meditation here to the US. He became famous for his simple 20 minute twice a day meditation with a sound mantra to bring people one step closer to “Enlightenment”…which the whole counter culture at the time was exploring along with eastern religions world wide. With this exploration came  psychedelics as a possible door opener to perception of a person’s mind, which really was the seeking for happiness or ENLIGHTENMENT, in a roundabout road.

All of these movements from the baby boomer generation era along with the Vietnam war at that time made that word a common parlance if you were young. The older generation was not looking at that yet and only concerned itself with the length of a person’s hair which was enough of a change that many could not even accept that small change in the outer world alone. Forget Enlightenment which was never looked at besides really only by a very small crowd even at that time.

So your ” Enlightenment” article still carries those confusions since it is still a very small part of the culture who even know of the word, even though “New Age”…says that is now their goal.

What goal is that really? Your piece states that when you are seeking “Enlightenment”…it is the seeking that is just creating another goal or idea that basically the “Ego”…now wants to acquire and therefore by the simple act of seeking…..it empowers a Narcissistic point of view.

Actually that is the TRUTH….it creates the problem of…”NON-ACCEPTANCE”…of what you already have and are…and that is ….AWARENESS. Of course this realization only comes at the end of perhaps decades of seeking. But a person does not become a narcissist by this action of seeking ENLIGHTENMENT…exactly. The seeking causes the effect that you do not notice that you are the “I AM ” …already and have “ENLIGHTENMENT ALREADY”

That is not the right word for the “Seeking effect”….which is really masking …”What is already there”….which is your AWARENESS….which is really the “ENLIGHTENMENT”….everyone was introduced to “seeking”…. back then but fail to realize the simplicity of of this SELF RECOGNITION….because it is so self evident and close to home that it is missed and not seen.

This SELF RECOGNITION AS AWARENESS……is the goal of LIFE….if your goal is to end you suffering?….Which it may not be? since there is still so much suffering. So it does not matter if it does not matter to you?. So you could say it is an elective path of SELF DEVELOPMENT and actually does start by ‘SEEKING” and ends when seeking is understood as part of perpetuating the problem of thinking that the Ego is for real and that you were born as a person…..NOT!

So ENLIGHTENMENT matters…if you are sick of the SIN IDEA?…because you discover WHO AND WHAT YOU ARE….and there is NO SIN THERE!….which THEN….shapes the whole world that is manifested.

This is a concept that is not understood at all in the West. Because in the West….everyone is still looking outwardly to the world and the ILLUSION of say politics to make life better or a religion to make life better.

All of the West is basically thinking and acting like slaves. You can not get them to SEARCH INWARDLY. and take self responsibility….because they are still giving their power away to false religions which all religions are false. ….but all the NARCISSIST….WILL NOT SEE IT?

What to do about the non-Enlightened?…Nothing….because you have to have the “SELF REALIZED “….state yourself and see it?…in order to change anyone else, which you can not do….unless they want the change.You change yourself to change the world.

I can sum up the whole Bible and that whole religion with a simple line from the Bible….”I and the Father are ONE”.

Those 6 words are exactly the same thing that… “ENLIGHTENMENT”….IS….so all those other things in the Bible are just a distraction noise for the Ego…. or greed as you put it or Selfish….narcissistic  …self seeking and protection…which is the ego’s nature.

So that TRUTH FILLED….Bible line is misunderstood because the whole focus of that Religion is to say ….”YOU NEED A SAVIOR ”…and never gets to the ENLIGHTENMENT part which is not seen or understood. 

In that line which is all you need to understand. “I”…is all that…. “IS”….recognizing that “I”…is ENLIGHTENMENT”….or knowing that “I AM”….or “I”…or the FATHER, There is no two things in existence here. There is only ONE “I AM”…which is known personally as that AWARENESS.

We all know that we are here as “I”…you know that and YOU also know that YOU ARE…or “I AM”. 

That realization is what Jesus was pointing to. He was pointing to ENLIGHTENMENT…so that you did not need ,,,”HIM”…YOU….do not need to be a slave to the Ego or the outwardly looking mind…who wants the world to make them happy. The Father resides within YOU.

What Jesus said in that line is that… “HE IS ONE”…or “I and the Father are ONE”..He did not say that there was HIM and the FATHER…..which simply means that that your own personal sense of being here as “I”…or is really the “I AM”…or the Father or AWARENESS…..THE “I AM….all are the same thing.Its that simple…..”ENLIGHTENMENT”…which you can find by yourself. 

Can’t you find yourself by yourself?

ENLIGHTENMENT IS JUST THAT. …What Jesus really taught is just that….”ENLIGHTENMENT”…Which is something you already are and have…but you do not KNOW THAT YOU AND THE FATHER ARE ONE.?…Because of the MIND and the Ego effect of separation….THE ILLUSION.

Why does this matter?…It’s simple….there is only ONE.. “I”…the illusion is what happens because of the MIND. The MIND when it manifests as “Ego”…or thoughts or thinking create this GRAND ILLUSION…..that you are a separate person here. That is what the “ENLIGHTENMENT” of the east was always pointing too. That is what all religions are pointing to because there is only a ..”ONE HERE”.

That “I AM”…when it is seen as yourself and recognized as the experience that you see the world by all the time or….AWARENESS. …YOU…..and the “I AM”…are seen as that ONE….then you are saved by religious parlance or ENLIGHTENED….by the Eastern parlance.

But in the west….SALVATION…is really a different destination in understanding….simply because religions were created by the Draco….for control of the slaves, YOU here on this planet that were harvested and raised for LOSCH  or that “I AM”….energy with is really the energy of the ONE or REALITY.

SALVATION….has the error in still having you NEED HELP….or promote the idea of duality or separation. It’s a MIND concept and construct that also manifest the idea of a GOD that is running your life and making SIN happen….which is not possible….because all that is happening is that “I AM”…”IS HERE”….and that is ENLIGHTENMENT.

When you SELF REALIZE THIS “I AM”A…YOU…also know that the world is a mind illusion and YOU ARE NOT THAT. So you at the same time have changed the world by changing yourself.

YOU now know that “YOU AND THE FATHER ARE ONE”….and the world is the ILLUSION….so you are then in the state of HEAVEN….because the father or “I AM”….NEVER LEFT YOU. Leaving was the Ego idea or really only an effect that never really happened as “I AM ” HAPPENS.

YOU are that ONE….that “I AM”…”NOW”…its always “NOW”….and YOU are always here…but you may not always be AWARE of your “ENLIGHTENMENT”…because you will become focused on the outside world of the dream and illusions….and forget to notice that the “father is within right now as …I AM…which is all there is to know. But it is hard to understand the simplicity of ENLIGHTENMENT  and also the meaning of Salvation at the same time.

In this context….IMO…ENLIGHTENMENT MATTERS….MIND and all the distortions of gender and race and politics are the distraction of the dream. So to know that” YOU AND THE FATHER ARE ONE”….that is a very good thing to know. I mean?….Don’t you want to know YOURSELF?
