Recently, in our local Rural communities, it’s a Hub for Hasidic Jews. That in itself is not a problem. What I find a huge problem is the ATTITUDE they have towards everyday people born in this country.
First and foremost, any type of disagreements about the Hasidic communities by anybody is attacked by suggestions that WE are prejudice and are called antisemitism, and we are then LABELED and that is NOT TRUE. We have a right in this country to voice concerns and state FACTS and have an opinion that may not be views of all people.
I’m stating information that is documented and is actual events that are taking place in my local neighborhood. Most of the Hasidic Jewish families that come to our area live in NYC, full time. Yearly, they come up here to have a holiday. Again, they do not live here full time, but there are Public documents that show they vote in our local elections,{Rabbis} are instituted onto our local boards to control our rights. Due to religious reasons, they get exemptions from paying land taxes since the properties are listed as being owned by the religious LLC, making everything owned by religious LLC property that can not be taxed. Thousands of acres, thousands of homes all exempt from taxes.
We, as American Citizens, have to obey local laws or we are punished with fines and jailed and lose our property in some cases, when we do not pay our taxes.
However, if we lose our properties due to taxes not being paid, in most cases, in this area the Hasidic buy it up, at a reduced amount of course, and build more communities. These communities use our resources like Medicaid, Food Stamps, Welfare for their benefits, EVEN when WE as American Citizens Can not qualify. They have duel Citizenship, and their legal marriage has only backing in ISRAEL not here! So, every family’s that do have father living in the household qualify as a Single Parent household, The Fathers do not have to pay any of the Bills, since they are not listed on the WELFARE applications. NY is a WELFARE state and NY also WELCOME the ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. So once again, the Immigrants that WORK FOR THE HASIDIC communities also get WELFARE and they have a TIN that gets them these benefits! Now, you wonder why we pay such high taxes!
This is a synopsis of the situation, behind my real life story, happening now in my neighborhood.
A friend of ours had a 55 acre farm and she had horses and it was simply beautiful. Unfortunately, The friend DIED from Cancer and she left her estate to the estranged daughter. The daughter sold out the land and the Hasidic community bought it.

The Hosidic religious, LLC. The land is Zoned Agricultural Rural only. This did not stop them from doing what they wanted, however. The Farm overnight was turned into a muddy mess. Trucks with Illegal immigrant workers arrived, the First thing that went up was fences 8ft high to close off the view to the public. Then, buildings went up. Three HUGE buildings and the Horse barn was reconstructed to be a housing for many occupants. The local building ordnance superintendent nailed GREEN STOP ORDERS ON TREES outside of the Property! They were ripped down, and the building continued. The building inspector was told that the buildings were for ANIMALS. (MIND YOU THE AIR CONDITIONERS were a RED FLAG THAT THAT IS NOT WHAT WAS BEING HOUSED THERE) Then, the building inspector was removed by police, from the property, due to a complaint made by the Owners…so he was not able to get onto the property any longer to do his job. Then the court ordered the Police to get involved in stopping the building. The buildings continued to be finished and the next thing we know we all lost electric on the entire road. We had a contractor that lives on the road call the electric company to find out why we lost electric. He was told there was an ILLEGAL hookup, and until that matter was addressed, it was not safe and the electric was shut down.
Now, we (residents living on the road, full time paying the taxes) are in court with the community to get this CAMP taken down. This area is Agriculture lands, not a community housing area. However, we found out in Court that the Police actually removed Over 60 kids that were living in the Buildings!!! I was able to speak with a person that works with the Hosidic community leaders and he told me that the female Children ages of 10-12 are recognized as marriageable age and they do LIVE BY THE TALMUD, but they do read the Torah. They actually teach the boy children to fight and they have camps in this area for this. They have their own form of Militants, and teach the children to be Militants.
After all this and hearing about the TALMUD followers, I now understand why we as AMERICAN CITIZENS have no rights in our country. I am living it and its sick and very sad! Pedophilia is legal for these people I guess, but not in America THIS needs to be STOPPED! Children of all Races need to be protected!
They need to follow our laws as well as we do, if they choose to live in our country.
Again, a TWO TIER GOVERNMENT SYSTEM.
